Research backgroundWith the development of society, economy and science, people's material living standard has been improved, People's diet structure and life style than in the past has been a significant change, resulting in a higher incidence of related diseases, the health of people have a serious impact. China chronic diseases report that the current and a variety of chronic diseases are closely related to the risk factors are:dietary unreasonable, lack of physical activity, smoking. So it is an important task for all countries to guide the reasonable diet and scientific exercise of the people. As an educational institution, the medical college has the task of cultivating medical talents for the society. It is necessary to discuss how to improve the knowledge level of nutrition knowledge of students in medical colleges and universities, and how to correct nutrition attitude so as to choose the correct dietary behavior. Positions more effectively carry out and universal nutrition education, science and lead the public health direction.Purpose1.In this study, nutrition knowledge, nutrition attitude, dietary behavior and influencing factors of students in a medical college were investigated. Nutrition-related problems of students in medical college were obtained, and effective suggestions were put forward to enrich their nutrition knowledge,2.Correct their nutritional attitudes and promote their healthy nutritional behavior, Provide theoretical basis for the future nutrition intervention, and provide reference for maintaining health, promoting health and preventing disease.3.On the basis of this study, the theoretical basis of the school based "nutrition health education model" and "nutrition and health education program".Methods1.Design Questionnaire:According to the Chinese Dietary Guidelines 2007, consult relevant literatures at home and abroad, combine with the actual situation of medical college, and consult the relevant teachers and experts in designing the questionnaire to ensure the design Of the questionnaire has a high degree of rationality. The questionnaire included four aspects, namely, the general situation, nutrition knowledge, nutrition attitude, diet behavior.2.Research object:Qilu medical college students who are undergraduate students, part-time self-study for bachelor degree students, college students as the object, Samples were selected by cluster sampling, Questionnaires were issued at the end of the second semester.3.Collecting data:The height and weight data of the students in the recent school hospital were collected to calculate the body mass index (BMI).4.Data collation and analysis.The data were statistically analyzed by EXCEL, and the statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 software. The score by t test and analysis of variance to compare different groups of nutritional knowledge, attitude and dietary behavior, influencing factors through the method of multi factor linear regression analysis of the students' nutrition knowledge, attitude and dietary behavior.Result1.700 questionnaires were distributed in this survey,696 were recovered, excluding four non-qualified questionnaires, the questionnaire efficiency of 99.4%. 531 undergraduate students, the average age of 21.19 ±1.16 years old, accounting for 80.81%; boys 236 people, accounting for 33.86%; studied nutrition-related courses for 237 people, accounting for 34%.2.Student physical condition:There were 406 normal weight (18.5? BMI<23.9) and 156 lower body weights (17.0? BMI<18.5); There were 66 malnutrition (BMI <17.0) and 52 were overweight (24.0? BMI<27.9), The obese (BMI? 28) there were 16 people.3.The survey found that the average score of basic nutrition knowledge of 696 students was 10.54 points, the basic nutritional knowledge the lowest score is 0 points, the highest score of 20 points. The score of nutritional knowledge of the part-time self-study for bachelor degree group was the highest, In the grouping of different degree of education, the nutrition knowledge score of the college degree was the lowest; The scores of all the boys were higher than that of the girls; The boys of the undergraduate students and the college students were higher than that of the girls; The scores of girls who are the part-time self-study for bachelor degree were higher than that of the boys; The score of nutrition knowledge was significantly higher in the nutrition group than in the unlearned group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (p<0.05).4.Analysis on the nutrition attitude of 696 students,41.25% were positive attitude, The average score of nutrition attitude showed Undergraduate boys scored higher than girls; College girls scored higher than boys; The scores of girls who are the part-time self-study for bachelor degree were higher than that of the boys; The score of nutrition knowledge was significantly higher in the nutrition group than in the unlearned group. There was a significant difference between the education groups (p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the average scores of nutrition attitude among all boys and girls (p>0.05)5.The average scores of 696 students was 37.22±5.23 points, The score of nutrition knowledge was significantly higher in the nutrition group than in the unlearned group. There was a significant difference between the education groups (p<0.05).But different education groups, There was no statistical significance in the diet behavior of all boys and girls, Undergraduate student boys and girls group, College students boys and girls groups, the boys and girls who are the part-time self-study for bachelor degree (p>0.05).6.Nutrition knowledge, nutrition attitude, diet behavior scores were good correlation, Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.13 (p<0.001),0.13 (p<0.05),0.24 (p<0.01),0.24 (p<0.01),Indicating that there is correlation between the three.Conclusion1.Most of the students'body mass index (BMI) is in the normal range, but it also has the phenomenon of malnutrition and nutrition.2.The nutritional knowledge-attitude-practice of the medical college students is not ideal,. Gender, educational background, place of birth, body mass index (BMI), whether they had learned nutrition courses had an effect on nutrition knowledge and attitude behavior scores, and whether they had learned nutrition courses had the most significant effect on scores.3.Students lack enough knowledge about nutrition knowledge, and the score of nutrition knowledge is low.4.Most of the students have a good nutritional attitude, and the demand for nutrition knowledge are more positive.5.Some students generally have poor eating behavior.6.Nutrition knowledge, nutrition attitude, diet behavior are all related.Suggestions1.Wake up the awareness of nutrition and health, guide the people to establish a scientific concept of eating.2.On the basis of this study, the theoretical basis of the school based "nutrition health education model" and "nutrition and health education program".3.Strengthen the nutrition and health education of students in medical colleges to carry out scientific health management, and promote the formation of good eating habits.4.Offering nutrition education courses and strengthening the education of students' dietary nutrition knowledge.5.To strengthen the management of the school dining room, The school r dining room should provide college students with nutritionally reasonable, convenient and delicious nutrition meal.
