The Study Of Group Work Involved In Deviating Behavioral Mobility Children

Nowadays,with the development of urbanization,more and more cities are being expanded.And because of the development of urbanization,many rural areas are gradually included in urban planning.The rural population is gradually moving towards the cities.However,due to the changing pattern of urban and rural dual structure,many of the migrant workers came to the city by the first one,and then came to the city with the port of the family.Migrant children are the result of this family transfer.With the increase of rural migrant workers,the number of their next generation is increasing year by year.In recent years,with the development of the country,society has gradually strengthened its attention to the issue of migrant children.Social workers are studying on more and more issues of migrant children.After consulting community materials,visiting along with investigating and doing projects during the internship,the paper determines to set the floating children with deviant behaviors in G community as the object,takes the "thrive,warm children hearts" project carried out by the community as the research point.Then,it applies the method of filed research to carry out research in G community,S city deeply and knows the basic situation and the population structure of the community by applying the participatory observation method.It is known that most of them in this community are foreign,and the community has a relatively high rate of floating children.Then by the questionnaire survey,it analyzes that the majority of the floating children in this community have different degrees of problems in social and behavioral abilities.Once more,while taking the interviewing method,the floating children will be dicided into three types in the terms of the interview data and questionnaire analysis after sorting out the data.According to the two theories-cognitive behavior theory and the social support network theory-group work is intervened in floating children with derivant behaviors in G community to help them form good behavior habits,target at setting good social support,correct wrong cognition and behavior.So children can live and study better in their families and new communities adapt to the new environment,and improve their relationship with local peer groups in the community.Based on the analysis of the previous literature and the evaluation and analysis of the pre and post-test of children in the group,it is concluded that the intervention of the group is still effective.It is reflected in the following three aspects:From the perspective of migrant children,migrant children have become more optimistic,positive and cheerful.They can have the initial correct cognitive behavior ability;From the point of view of family,the relationship between migrant children and their parents is more harmonious than ever.Their parents are also more concerned about their children's daily lives than their academic achievements;From the point of view of getting along with children of the same age,migrant children and local children can live in harmony and learn to live together.In short,the overall improvement in learning and quality of life,more comfortable with parents and peers.Most importantly,it can improve children's cognitive and behavioral abilities,eliminate existing deviant behaviors and prevent possible deviant behavior.However,how to combine the theory of social work more closely with the practice of children's social work needs to be further studied.
