Migrant children’s appearance is the product of the process of urbanization, thisgroup is expanding fast in recent years with the growth of migrant workers,which hasbecome an important vulnerable group of scholars’ concern. Because their mind is notfully mature, the cultural differences between urban and rural areas as well as the lack ofparents’ accompany,they will easily accept adjective cultural communication and formdeviant behavior when they face a new environmental. Thus the rates of juveniledelinquency for potential problems is growing. Through reading the literature andpractice,I found that carry out group work to help migrant children build a more robustsocial network, preventing the reduction of deviant behavior, in order to better integrateinto society is very vulnerable. In this paper, we launched a "Cocoon into a butterfly, Sunshine Boys"in youthservice station of X community in Wuhan, which has been the research point of projectactivities, mainly through literature analysis, interviews, participant observation andother research methods, in-depth understanding of the flow of the deviant behavior ofchildren manifestations and its influencing factors, and cognitive theory and the theory ofsocial support as the support, the use of relevant methods and techniques of social workteams to carry out activities to help children with deviant behavior mobility solution togrow confused and restore a healthy and active life status. According to the assessment and analysis of activities, group work to improve thedeviant behavior of children is of positive significance.Through the project activities,clients can learn to misconceptions self-understanding, change their behavior, be able tobetter understand their parents and cherish their love.Besides,their attitudes of learningand living have changed. However, the effect of how to consolidate service activities,group work intervention and specific strategies with migrant children’s deviance that wehave yet to explore further.
