Research On Redressing Deviant Behavior Of Migrant Workers' Minor Children

In recent years,with the increasing number of migrant workers in cities,the number of children moving with them has gradually increased,which has become an important vulnerable group of social scholars.Among these children,the group of minors is more special.Their values have not been established steadily.When the living environment changes and parents do not use the correct way of education to guide them,their behaviors are prone to deviations,which in turn creates hidden dangers for the growth of juvenile crime rates.This paper takes the migrant children of the Shenzhen X Youth Activity Center to the migrant workers service project as the research object,and defines the deviation behavior as the individual's influence by the self-factor and the external environment,and the socially recognized behavior.A violation of norms,ethics,or values.Then,using field research,action research and other methods,and supported by the theory of social anomie and label theory,the expressions of the deviation behavior of migrant workers and their influencing factors are explored,and the deviation behavior of migrant workers with children is found.The performances mainly include disgusting emotions,violent behaviors,indulging in networks and stealing behaviors.At the same time,it is concluded that poor self-regulation ability,bad companion relationship,family dysfunction and media-oriented deviation are the main factors influencing the behavior of migrant workers.Based on the above analysis and further investigation,it is concluded that the children who have deviated behavior mainly have the four aspects of correcting wrong cognition,effectively controlling emotions,correctly understanding themselves and improving parent-child relationship.In response to the above needs,the author conducted a six-part group activity to intervene.During the development of the activity,the author recorded and analyzed each group's activities,elaborated on the evaluation of the time,place,process and results of the group's development,and tried to demonstrate the work of each group to correct the migrant workers through the analysis of each link.The effectiveness of thedeviation behavior of the children.Finally,the process and results of the group activities were evaluated,and the advantages and disadvantages of the service process were elaborated.The research results were incorporated into the thinking and suggestions for solving the problems were put forward.
