In the 1980 s,when post-modernism was introduced to the Chinese film critics,the ‘misreading' and reconstruction of the theory began.Most Chinese film critics interpret post-modernism as a historical stage concept or style element characteristics,but a new way of thinking.The cognitive limitations are the ethicization trend,dramatic trend,and literary trend of postmodern criticism,throughout Textual Criticism of film study,Theoretical Criticism of film theory study(especially the criticism of Stephen chow's ‘postmodern movies',and the criticism of ‘postmodern films sinicization'),finally leads to many problems in criticism articles.In addition,post-modernism is not only can be regarded as a kind of vision of criticism,but also describe criticism article itself.At this point,the online film review,the no-genres writing and self-objectification review,can be regarded as a kind of ‘self-consecration' postmodern criticism.With its diversified criticism forms,deconstructive criticism purport and personalized criticism subject,postmodern criticism find more possibilities in Chinese film criticism.The introduction part is the research significance the research status of Chinese film postmodern criticisms,and ignores the ‘operational contradiction' in post-modernism to define some relevant concepts and scope as accurately as possible.The first chapter,starting from the external context,elaborates the external environment of Chinese film postmodern criticism and its reconstructed criticisms from the perspectives of diachronism and synchronicity.The second chapter takes the internal characteristics as the starting point,divides the Chinese film postmodern criticism into three modes: Textual Criticism,Theoretical Criticism and "Self-deconstruction" Criticism.The third chapter takes typical cases as the starting point,analysis "Stephen chow phenomenon" comprehensively,and discusses the process of ‘misreading' and reconstruction of Stephen chow's films.The fourth chapter analyzes the sense of postmodern thinking in positive value and the problemscaused by the limitation of theoretical cognition in negative value.
