Objective:To observe the TCM syndrome score,quality of life,blood pressure reduction and the effect of arteries and blood vessels in normal high blood pressure population after exercise of antihypertensive massage.At the same time,the relevant situation of normal high blood pressure people who did not take antihypertensive massage exercise was compared.To explore the clinical effect and mechanism of antihypertensive massage exercise on normal high blood pressure.To provide effective TCM appropriate technical means for the prevention and treatment of hypertension,and to provide scientific and objective basis for clinical research.Methods: 110 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(55 cases)and control group(55 cases).The control group was treated with lifestyle intervention,while the treatment group was treated with antihypertensive massage exercises.The observation period was 24 weeks.The symptoms,quality of life and changes of family blood pressure were observed before treatment,8 weeks after treatment,16 weeks after treatment,and 24 weeks after treatment.Pulse wave velocity(PWV)and ankle-brachial blood pressure index(ABI)were observed before and after treatment.At the end of treatment,the incidence of hypertension and health economics evaluation were observed.Result: 1.Curative effect of TCM symptoms: Comparing the curative effect of symptoms between treatment group and control group after 24 weeks of intervention: In treatment group,19 cases were markedly effective,21 cases were effective,13 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate of symptom improvement was 75.47%;in control group,3 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,40 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate of symptom improvement was 27.27%.2.Quality of life: There were significant differences in physiological symptoms,somatization symptoms,vitality,anxiety,working status and total score in the treatmentgroup after 24 weeks of intervention compared with those before intervention(P < 0.05),while there were significant differences in somatization symptoms in the control group after intervention(P < 0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in physiological symptoms,somatization symptoms,vitality,anxiety,working status and total score between the two groups(P < 0.01).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and antihypertensive massage exercises successfully improved most of the quality of life dimensions of patients.3.Clinical antihypertensive effect: There was significant difference in systolic blood pressure between the treatment group after 12 weeks,16 weeks,20 weeks and 24 weeks of intervention(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups at20 weeks and 24 weeks(P < 0.01).The difference between the treatment group and the control group began after 12 weeks of intervention,and began after 20 weeks.Both groups had lower systolic blood pressure and better antihypertensive effect.There were significant differences in diastolic blood pressure between the treatment group after 8,12,16,20 and 24 weeks of intervention(P < 0.05),among which there were significant differences between the groups at 16,20 and 24 weeks(P < 0.01).There were differences between the treatment group and the control group at the 8th week of intervention,and the difference was obvious at the 16 th week.Both groups had lower diastolic pressure and better antihypertensive effect.4.Curative effect of arteriosclerosis indicators: After intervention,the proportion of ba PWV normal value in the treatment group increased,with statistical difference.Antihypertensive massage exercises can improve the degree of arteriosclerosis;there is no difference in the control group before and after treatment.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group.ABI in the treatment group was significantly different from that before intervention(P < 0.05),suggesting that antihypertensive massage exercises have a certain protective effect on arterial vessels.There was a significant difference between the two groups after intervention(P < 0.01),suggesting that the change of ABI in the treatment group was more obvious.5.High blood pressure conversion rate: after intervention,2 patients in the treatment group changed from normal high blood pressure to hypertension,the conversion rate was 3.8%;10 patients in the control group changed from normal high blood pressure to hypertension,the conversion rate was 18.2%;more patients in the control group changed into hypertension after 24 weeks.Conclusion:Pressure-lowering massage exercises have a definite effect on theprevention,treatment and rehabilitation of normal high blood pressure population.Persisting in pressure-lowering massage exercises can effectively improve TCM syndromes,improve the quality of life,control and improve the situation of arteriosclerosis,and to a certain extent delay the time from normal high blood pressure to hypertension,which greatly reduces the burden of health economy. |
