| Purposes:To understand the acceptability and sensitivity of acupuncture to lower blood pressure in patients with primary hypertension and the factors that affect their acceptability and sensitivity to acupuncture to lower blood pressure.Methods:Using the semi-structured individual interview method,the outline of the interview is set around the factors that may affect the patient's acceptability and sensitivity of acupuncture to lower blood pressure in the three parts of acupuncture before,during and after.From the subjects recruited from the topic of "12th Five-Year" national science and technology support plan project sub-project "Shi Xuemin acupuncture antihypertensive technology treatment of hypertension inheritance research" and Tianjin's chronic disease prevention technology major project "acupuncture treatment frequency affects the clinical efficacy of primary hypertension",using purposeful sampling to obtain hypertensive patients who participated in the pre-project and successfully received acupuncture antihypertensive and hypertensive patients who did not participate in the pre-project despite meeting the enrollment requirements(ie,hypertensive patients who did not receive acupuncture antihypertensive)as research target,following the principles of dynamic sampling and information saturation,the informed consent of the interviewees was obtained,and finally 13 patients who participated in acupuncture antihypertensive and 7 hypertensive patients who did not receive acupuncture antihypertensive were interviewed.The interview location was selected in the outpatient department of Acupuncture Department of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.In accordance with the outline of the interview,master the interview questions flexibly and record the whole process.Transcribe the recorded data,analyze the transcribed text using the "theme analysis method" and the software of NVivo12,and at the same time improve the authenticity of the research results through introspection of the researchers.Set the reasons for the acceptance and non-acceptance expressed by the people who received acupuncture and did not to promote and inhibit patients from receiving acupuncture to reduce blood pressure and intermediate factors.Using this as the basis of data analysis,it was merged with the interview data of 13 interviewees who had receivedacupuncture to lower blood pressure.Eventually,the theme of "Acceptance of Acupuncture Antihypertensive in Primary Hypertension Patients and Factors Affecting Their Acceptance of Acupuncture Antihypertensive" will be formed and explained.Similarly,after analyzing the data on the acupuncture pressure-relief feelings described by 13 interviewees who received acupuncture for blood pressure reduction,the theme of "Primary hypertension patients' sensitivity to acupuncture to lower blood pressure and factors affecting their sensitivity to acupuncture to lower blood pressure" will be formed and explained.Results:1.The three factors that influence the acceptance of acupuncture hypotension include three topics: patients to receive acupuncture antihypertensive,the factors to inhibit patients to receive acupuncture antihypertensive,and the intermediate factors(may affect the patient's acceptance of acupuncture antihypertensive in a positive or negative way).Promoting factors:Pay attention to hypertension,Physician's announcement and Friend's recommendation,Harvest after acupuncture,Complex intervention,Advantages of acupuncture treatment,Hypertension performance,Hypertension risk,Drug factors.Inhibiting factors: Do not understand the principle of acupuncture to lower blood pressure,Do not think that acupuncture can lower blood pressure,Time pressure,Economic pressure,and Disadvantages of acupuncture.Intermediate factors: Previous acupuncture experience,Expectation,Self-management,Personal experience of acupuncture antihypertensive,Requirements for hospital level.For hypertensive patients,Attaching importance to hypertension is the internal cause,accepting a new antihypertensive therapy,The doctor's announcement and The recommendation of friends are undoubtedly the most important external cause of hypertensive patients receiving acupuncture for hypotension,followed by Post-acupuncture harvest brought to patients under the intervention of acupuncture antihypertensive complex model.Do not understand the principle of acupuncture antihypertensive and Do not think that acupuncture can lower blood pressure is the main inhibitory factor.Compared with the benefits of acupuncture antihypertensive,the three factors that inhibit the acceptance of acupuncture,such as Time pressure,Economic pressure,Pain and Inconvenience caused by acupuncture,do not necessarily reduce the patient's acceptance of acupuncture antihypertensive.2.After data analysis,patients participating in acupuncture antihypertensive therapy have agood feeling of acupuncture antihypertensive therapy.Factors affecting the acupuncture antihypertensive sensitivity can extract four themes,which are Expectation,Worry,Experience and Satisfaction.Acupuncture antihypertensive therapy is still a new antihypertensive therapy in the respondents 'perception.The factors that affect its sensitivity are the patients' expectations and concerns about acupuncture antihypertensive therapy before treatment.Feeling of puncturing acupuncture points,perception of acupuncture,mood during acupuncture,perception of physician's skill level,perception of physician's attitude.After the treatment,the patient's satisfaction includes the subjectively perceived efficacy,the cognition of the safety of acupuncture antihypertensive,whether it has met the expectations,and whether the concerns still exist.Among them,the most important factor that affects its sensitivity is the subjective effect of the patient after treatment,followed by the attitude of the doctor to the patient.Conclusion:1.Acceptance of acupuncture antihypertensive is average.Paying attention to high blood pressure is the internal reason for promoting hypertension patients to receive acupuncture to lower blood pressure.Physician's announcement and Friend recommendation are the most important external factors for promoting hypertension patients to receive acupuncture,followed by the overall treatment mode of acupuncture to lower blood pressure to bring the overall treatment effect to the patients.Do not understand the principle of acupuncture antihypertensive and do not think that acupuncture can lower blood pressure is the main inhibitory factor.Considering the benefits of acupuncture blood pressure reduction,the cost of economic time and the pain and inconvenience caused by acupuncture itself does not necessarily reduce the patient's acceptance of acupuncture blood pressure reduction.2.Patients participating in acupuncture antihypertensive therapy have a good feeling of acupuncture antihypertensive therapy.Although personal feelings are different,summarizing the respondents' answers,it is found that the most important factor affecting their sensitivity is the subjectively felt efficacy of the patient after treatment,followed by the attitude of the physician towards the patient. |
