Research On The Application Of Original Thinking Methods Of Famous And Old Chinese Doctors Based On Semi-structured Interviews

Background:The science of thinking is the science of thinking as the research object It is one of the leading sciences in the world today and has become the commanding height of science and technology competition in various countries.In an era where innovation is more demanding,original thinking is increasingly valued.The original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)rooted in Chinese traditional culture is the original thinking with oriental characteristics.It is also the inner core of Chinese medicine that can last for more than 5,000 years and still has a strong vitality.Objectives:The purpose of this study is to understand the cognition of the original thinking of TCM among the famous old expert groups,as well as the specific clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine thinking methods such as image-number thinking,integration of form and spirit,and Qi as a unity,and then to clarify the clinical practice of the original thinking mode of TCM.Finally,it provides a reference plan for the cultivation of TCM original thinking for TCM talents.Contents:The main contents of this study include three aspects:one is directly related to the original thinking of TCM,such as the old Chinese medicine's views on "original thinking of TCM";the other is to explore the clinical application ideas and methods of the original thinking of TCM,such as being good at treating diseases,ideas and experience of prescription medication,and then explore the relationship between TCM thinking and high-level diagnosis and treatment ability;the third is the suggestions for learning TCM,pointing out the shortcomings of TCM students and young TCM groups,and putting forward suggestions for improvement and the training methods of original thinking of TCM.Methods:In this study,semi-structured interview method was used to obtain the research data,and the purpose of sampling was used for sampling.The number of specific interviews satisfies the information saturation principle of the interview research,and the audio material obtained from the interview is transcribed into verbatim,using grounded theory.Method to process and analyze all the data,using ATLAS.ti 8 software for three-level coding,constructing a conceptual framework,and gradually forming a complete theory.Results:The core theme of "The Application System of Original Thinking Method of Famous Old TCM Dotors" is analyzed.Through repeated comparison,induction and extraction of data,three core categories are mainly identified under the theme,namely,"the Cognitive situation of TCM original thinking among famous old TCM doctors"," Application formula of original thinking method of famous old TCM doctors"," Cultivation plan of original thinking of TCM talents".Among them,according to the core ideas and methods of clinical application of the original thinking of TCM by famous old TCM doctors,the focus is on the analysis of "Application formula of original thinking method of famous old TCM doctors",including the five subcategories of "Chinese medicine thinking","Diagnostic methods","Treatment principles","Clinical treatment" and "Effectiveness verifying thinking".Conclusion:This research has initially established the theoretical framework of the"The Application System of Original Thinking Methods of Famous Old TCM Doctors",which has extracted the highest level of TCM experts 'understanding and cognition of TCM original thinking and core theories of TCM.It also combed out the stylized ideas for the famous old TCM doctors to use the original thinking of TCM to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment activities,and clarified the relationship between "Dao" and "Shu" between the original thinking of TCM and high-level diagnosis and treatment ability.In particular,the" Application formula of original thinking method of famous old TCM doctors " has high clinical application value and scalability.The results of this study also provide a reference plan for the Chinese medicine community to strengthen the cultivation of original thinking of TCM talents,and point out the direction for Chinese medicine disciplines to use the original thinking of TCM to innovate and develop TCM.
