Purpose:This article collects the contents related to the Jue in ancient medical books,On the basis of systematically sorting out the origin and development of Jue,focuses on the connotation, etiology, pathogenesis, and dialectical treatment of Jue syndrome in ancient medical books in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The characteristics and innovations of the doctors on the treatment of the syndromes in the Ming and Qing Dynasty provided ideas for the theoretical research of the traditional Chinese medicine, and also provided references for enriching and broadening the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicineMethod:This paper mainly use the method of literature research and historical analysis to search electronic resources such as Chinese medical codes, cnki, weipu, wanfang and duxiu academic search,as well as books in the library of nanjing university of traditional Chinese medicine and nanjing library.etc.Relevant data and content were collected, and based on a comprehensive arrangement, literature of Jue syndrome in the Ming and Qing Dynasties were systematic analysis and research were conductedResult:1.In the Ming and Qing dynasties, doctors mostly equated Yin-jue with Han-jue,and the discussion of Yang-jue mainly focused on the true heat with false excess Yang-jue,and equated it with the Re-jue2.During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, doctors divided the Jue syndromes can be divided into exogenous Seizures and internal injuies. The extraneous includes:Han-jue,Re-jue,Yin-jue,Yang-jue,Ti-jue,Mai-jue,Shu-jue,Jing-jue,Nue-jue,Yi-jue,Zang-jue,;the extraneous Jue includes Qi-jue,Xue-jue,Phlegm syncope,Crapulent syncope,Alcoholic syncope,Se-jue,Sudden syncope due to rage,Jian-jue,Sudden coepse-like syncope,Ascaris syncope,etc.3.During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, doctors had a comprehensive understanding of the causes and pathogenesis of the syndromes. The etiology includes six excesses, epidemicevil Qi,five phases and six seasonai Qi,internal damage by excessive seven emotions, internal injury of diet, impairment due to sexual overstaining, accumulation of phlegm and drink and trauma, wrong treatment, etc. The pathogenesis includes Qi reversal, more and less of Yin Yang, deficiency of Qi and blood, stagnation of damp heat, weakness of spleen and stomach, upward invasion of liver Qi,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency, kidney Qi deficiency4.For the treatment of Jue syndromes, doctors in the Ming and Qing dynasties followed the symptomatic treatment in acute condition, and radical treatment in chronic case, pay attention to syndrome differentiation, treat according to specific symptoms. It is believed that the Jue should be recovered by means of awakening first, followed by the drug, and the patients with mild Jue with cold limbs can be treated slowly. In this period, the etiology and clinical manifestations of various Jue were not the same, but the common pathological mechanism was still Qi-Ji disorder,Qi-blood yin-yang was not in harmony, and the core pathogenesis was "Ni".Doctors in the Ming and Qing dynasties paid attention to grasp its basic pathological mechanism when treatment Jue differentiation,in the treatment of the Jue with "shun" method,in accordance with the different causes of the Jue,the use of the corresponding treatment methods, finally make Yin,Yang,Qi and blood phase, then the Jue will be removed.5.In Ming and Qing Dynasties, doctors made a distinction between Jue and Stroke,Jing-jue and Spasm,Jue and Impediment pattern,Jue and Flaccidity pattern,Jue and Epilepsy,Jue and Crazy syndrome,Postpartum Jue and Postpartum coma6.The doctors of Ming and Qing Dynasties distinguished the Han-jue and Re-jue fever in the Yellow Emperor’s Canon and the Treatise on Febrile Diseases. It is believed that the Han-jue and Re-jue in the Neijing are all asthenia syndrome, which are internal injuries and symptoms, and the clinical manifestations are cold or hot hands and feet, treatment with tonic method. The Han-jue and Re-jue in Treatise on Febrile Diseases is an in vasion of external evils, the main clinical manifestation is cold hands and feet.Treatment of Han-jue with warming method and the Re-jue with purgation.7.During the Ming and Qing dynasties, the doctors who study warm disease put for ward for the first time the Jing-jue,Mai-jue,Jing-jue,Yi-jue,discuss clinical performance and treatment.Xue-xue first put forward the theory of wet hot Jue in the field of disease cause machine, and Wu-Jutong used the three-coke dialectic theory to cure the Jue in the field of dialectics. In the aspect of treatment characteristics, pay attention to the nouris hment of the yin, care for the stomach gas, emphasize sputum, conditioning the Qi-Ji.8.The enlightenment to the clinical practice of modern Chinese medicine includes:①Doctors in the Ming and qing dynasties put forward that Tan-jue and Xue-jue are combination of deficiency and demonstration, enrich the content of clinical differentiation and treatment of Jue syndrome;②Nowadays,the incidence of wet fever Jue is increasing, which can be treated by referring to the theory of wet fever Jue in Ming and Qing dynasties. Many related diseases in modern medicine can be treated according to Jue syndrome, which broadens the clinical treatment thinking of modern Chinese medicine. Conclusion:In the Ming and qing dynasties, doctors improved the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of the syndrome, and divided the syndrome into external sensation and internal injury, and established a complete system of differentiation and treatment. The doctors who study warm disease of this period put forward the theory of wet hot Jue in the field of disease cause machine, and used the three-coke dialectic theory to cure the Jue in the field of dialectics. In the aspect of treatment characteristics, pay attention to the nourishment of the yin, care for the stomach gas, emphasize sputum, conditioning the Qi-Ji.There are many pathogenic factors, difficult to identify treatment,Ming and Qing doctors in the treatment of the disease, grasp the core of its disease machine for "Ni",treatment to "Shun" as the law,so that Yin Qi and Yang Qi are connected in sequence, then the Jue syndrome will be removed.
