Research On The Rule Of Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Of Heat Toxin Based On The Medical Books Of Warm Diseases In Ming And Qing Dynasties

Objective By analyzing the ancient books related to febrile disease and heat toxin in Ming and Qing Dynasties,this study summarized the meaning,syndrome differentiation,medication and treatment principles of febrile disease and heat toxin,hoping to improve the theory of febrile disease and heat toxin and provide guidance for clinical and related research.Methods The Chinese Medical Dictionary(5th Edition)was used to search 35 ancient books of Ming and Qing Dynasties related to febrile disease and heat toxin.After determining the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the literature research methods of literature and science annotation(including punctuation and translation),secondary compilation(including summarizing its essence,selecting its chapters,and digitalization and Networking)were used to sort out the ancient literature,and then the bibliography was taken as the outline,and the related disease names,etiology,pathogenesis,and symptoms were sorted out Excel database of febrile disease and heat toxin was established.Finally,SPSS 22.0 was used for frequency analysis and SPSS modeler18.0 was used for correlation analysis to get the meaning range,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment principles and medication rules of febrile disease heat toxin.Results 1 The meaning of febrile disease heat toxin:(1)febrile disease heat toxin is not used as a disease name alone,and it is not used now;(2)febrile disease heat toxin can be used as etiology: it is mainly febrile disease of febrile disease type and important etiology of febrile disease of Wendu type;(3)febrile disease heat toxin can be used as pathogenesis: on the location of disease,the pathogenesis of viscera is mainly heart,large intestine and stomach disease,and the meridian is mainly Yangming Meridian and pericardial meridian disease;the disease nature is mainly excess heat syndrome,which is mainly in the stage of disease The pathological state of the imbalance of yin and Yang is that the disorder of Qi and blood is mainly due to blood heat and blood stasis,and the metabolism of body fluid is mainly due to the injury of body fluid;(4)Febrile disease heat toxin can be classified as a conceptual syndrome type: febrile disease heat toxin syndrome,which has two characteristics of febrile disease and heat toxin,and can be divided into other different syndromes.2 The syndrome differentiation rules of febrile disease heat toxin syndrome are as follows :(1)According to the theory of Wei Qi Ying Xue syndrome differentiation,there are five types: Wei Fen syndrome of febrile disease heat toxin,Wei Fen syndrome of febrile disease heat toxin,Ying Fen syndrome of febrile disease heat toxin,blood Fen syndrome of febrile disease heat toxin and compound syndrome of febrile disease heat toxin.In this study,the most common syndrome types are Qi syndrome and blood syndrome.The compound syndrome types are mainly Qi Ying disease and Qi blood burn;(2)Specifically clear the main symptoms and signs of each syndrome type.There are only two statistical literatures on syndrome differentiation of febrile disease heat toxin Wei,which are of little statistical significance,so they are not included;The high-frequency symptoms of Qi syndrome are: thirsty and excessive drinking,strong heat,sore throat,spot pox and rash.The tongue images are mainly red tongue and pricking tongue,which can be roughly classified into two syndrome types,namely,the syndrome of evil burning Yang Ming and the syndrome of toxin obstructing lung and stomach;The high frequency symptoms of Ying Fen syndrome were: body heat,irritability,faint macular rash,delirium,and the tongue images were crimson tongue,red tongue and purple tongue;The high frequency symptoms of febrile disease heat toxin blood syndrome are: body heat,macular,various bleeding symptoms,dizziness and delirium.In terms of complex syndrome,the high frequency symptoms of Qi Ying syndrome were as follows: sweating,strong heat,thirst,irritability,and faint macular rash;The high frequency symptoms of Qi blood burn syndrome were Zhuang fever,macular rash and thirst.3 The medication rule of febrile disease heat toxin syndrome was as follows:(1)There are 103 prescriptions and 139 kinds of drugs for febrile disease heat toxin.The main types of drugs are heat clearing drugs,deficiency tonifying drugs and exterior regulating drugs.The main types of drugs are cold,warm and slight cold.The main types of warm drugs are deficiency tonifying drugs,blood activating and stasis removing drugs,exterior resolving drugs and Qi regulating drugs,which are commonly used in heat clearing and detoxifying drugs Taiyin lung meridian,Yangming stomach meridian and Jueyin liver meridian were the main channels of body medication;the commonly used drug pairs were Phellodendron chinense Rhizoma Coptidis,gardenia Radix Scutellariae,bupleurum Radix Glycyrrhizae,Cimicifuga Radix Glycyrrhizae,and the three drug groups were Phellodendron chinense Rhizoma Scutellariae,Coptis Rhizoma,Bombyx mori,Scutellaria baicalensis,cicada slough Rhizoma Coptidis Scutellariae,etc.(2)The medication rules of each syndrome type of febrile disease heat toxin were clarified : Licorice,Platycodon grandiflorum and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi are the most frequently used drugs for the syndrome differentiation of febrile disease heat toxic gas.The drugs of cold nature are the highest,followed by warm drugs and mild cold drugs.The drug taste is mainly bitter and sweet,and the main channel tropism is lung channel and stomach channel.Coptis,Scutellaria baicalensis and Gardenia jasminoides Ellis are the most frequently used drugs in the syndrome of febrile disease heat toxin Ying Fen.The cold nature is the highest,followed by the mild cold nature.The bitter and sweet taste are the main drugs,and the lung channel,heart channel,stomach channel and liver channel are the main drugs.The characteristics of febrile disease heat toxin blood syndrome medication is scattered and more,high-frequency medication for peony,Cortex Moutan,licorice,the drug is mainly cold,warm,bitter and pungent.Conclusion 1 There are four meanings of febrile disease heat toxin:Generally,it is not a disease name,but a kind of etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome type;2 There are five types of syndrome differentiation of Wei Qi Ying Xue in febrile disease heat toxin evidence.Among them,Wei syndrome has less practical significance,and Qi syndrome and blood syndrome are the most common.The compound syndrome types are mainly the same disease of Qi and Ying and the burn of both qi and blood.In addition,each syndrome type has its specific and clear syndrome differentiation symptoms and signs,so that the relevant content is no longer ambiguous.3 Medication rules of heat toxin syndrome of febrile disease: the overall medication types are mainly heat clearing drugs,tonifying drugs and exterior resolving drugs,and the properties are mainly cold,warm and slightly cold,among which the warm drugs are commonly used as supplement drugs,blood activating drugs,exterior resolving drugs and Qi regulating drugs;in addition,the unique medication rules of each syndrome type are summarized,which can be used flexibly in clinic.4 There are three special treatment methods for heat toxin syndrome of febrile disease: Buzhong Biao San,Huoxue Quyu Sandu,and xiangliqi Quzhuo.In addition to clearing away heat and toxin,the three methods should be applied flexibly.
