Effect Of Different Factors On Edema Pain After Mixed Hemmorrhoids Operation And Clinical Study On Treatment With Xiaopengsan Hip Bath

Objective:To observe the effect of different factors on the edema and pain of the anal margin of mixed hemorrhoids after external stripping and internal ligation,and to observe the clinical effect and safety of Xiao Pengsan in treating the edema and pain of the anal margin of mixed hemorrhoids after operation.Methods:231 cases were divided into different groups according to the principle of random distribution.The effects of different anesthetic methods,Perianal injection of methylene blue,partial cut of internal sphincter,different incision length and width on postoperative edema pain were observed.To the postoperative edema patient,gives the Xiao Pengsan sitting bath,observes the Xiao Pengsan sitting bath treatment postoperative edema,the pain clinical curative effect.Results:1 Age and sex of each group P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.2 the local anesthesia group and the lumbar anesthesia group had a significant effect on the pain on the day of operation.the pain score of the patients in the lumbar anesthesia group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the pain score of the two groups after operation P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.3 Compared with the control group,the pain score and postoperative edema rate in the observation group of compound methylene blue perianal local closure group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.4 Compared with the control group,the incidence of pain score and postoperative edema in the observation group of the internal sphincter partial cut-off group was P<0.05,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.5 Compared with the first group and the second group,the pain score of the second group was lower than that of the first group,P<0.05.Compared with the third group,the pain score of the second group was lower than that of the third group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;After 5th and 7th day,the pain score of the two groups P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Compared with the third group,the pain score was not significantly different,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.edema in the three groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.6 The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group on the1 st,3rd,5th and 7th day after treatment,P<0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant;For the first day of treatment,the score of edema in the two groups P>0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.After 3,5 and 7 days of treatment,the edema score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:1 Effects of different factors on postoperative edema pain of mixed hemorrhoids(1)Local infiltration anesthesia and subarachnoid anesthesia had obvious effect on the pain on the day of mixed hemorrhoids operation,and the anesthetic method after the anesthesia effect disappeared had no obvious effect on the pain of anal margin skin edema after mixed hemorrhoids operation.(2)Perianal local closure injection of methylene blue,cut off part of the internal sphincter can effectively relieve postoperative pain,reduce the occurrence of postoperative anal margin skin edema.(3)different incisions have a significant effect on postoperative anal margin edema pain.when the incision length is within the range of 2.5~3 cm、 width 1~1.5 cm,the patient has the least pain feeling.2.Xiao Pengsan sitting bath can effectively relieve the edema of anal margin skin,relieve postoperative pain and improve the effective rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
