Clinical Research Of Babao Hemorrhoid Ointment In Treatment For Anal Marginal Edema After External Separation And Internal Ligation Of Mixed Hemorrhoid (Syndrome Of Downward Transmission Of Dampness And Heat)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Babao Hemorrhoid Ointment in the treatment of anal margin edema after external separation and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoid（Syndrome of Downward Transmission of Dampness and Heat）,so as to provide a basis for the clinical use of this medicine in the treatment of postoperative edema of hemorrhoids.Methods:A randomized controlled study was used from January 2020 to December2020,84 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid（Syndrome of Downward Transmission of Dampness and Heat）underwent external separation and internal ligation under lumbar anesthesia,they with postoperative anal edema were randomly divided into treatment group（n=42）and control group（n=42）.The treatment group was treated with Babao Hemorrhoid Ointment and the control group was treated with Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoid Ointment.The anal edema and anal pain were compared between the two groups on the 3^rd,5^th,7^thand 10^thday of treatment.The differences of edema regression time and wound healing time between the two groups were compared,and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Babao Hemorrhoid Ointment in the treatment of anal edge edema after mixed hemorrhoid（Syndrome of Downward Transmission of Dampness and Heat）underwent external separation and internal ligation.Results:A total of 84 patients were included in this study,including 3 shedding cases dropped in the treatment group and 2 shedding cases and 1 eliminating case in the control group,and 78 cases completed the study,including 39 cases in the treatment group and 39cases in the control group.Before treatment,the feasibility of the two groups was analyzed in terms of sex,age,course of disease,degree of internal hemorrhoids,number of edema,number of surgical incisions,anal edema and anal pain,and there was no significant difference between the two groups（P>0.05）.The observation results after treatment are as follows:（1）The overall situation of the two groups after treatment:The treatment group was cured in 16 cases,markedly effective in 12 cases,effective in 8 cases,ineffective in 3 cases,and the total effective rate was 93.2%;the control group was cured in 7 cases,markedly effective in 9cases,effective in 15 cases,ineffective in 8 cases,and the total effective rate was 79.4%.There was significant difference in the overall curative effect between the two groups（P<0.05）.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.（2）The clinical signs of the two groups after treatment:On the 3^rdday of treatment,there was no significant difference in the volume of anal edema between the two groups（P>0.05）.On the 5^th,7^thand 10^thday of treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）.The score of anal edema in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.In terms of edema subsided time,there was significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）.The edema subsided time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.（3）The clinical symptoms of the two groups after treatment:In terms of anal pain,there was no significant difference between the two groups on the 3^rdday of treatment（P>0.05）,but on the 5^th,7^thand 10^thday of treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）.The score of anal pain in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.（4）There was significant difference in wound healing time between the two groups（P<0.05）.The wound healing time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.Conclusion:1.Babao Hemorrhoid Ointment can effectively treat anal margin edema after external separation and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoid（Syndrome of Downward Transmission of Dampness and Heat）and reduce postoperative anal pain,and its clinical effect is better than that of Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoid Ointment.2.Babao Hemorrhoid Ointment can effectively shorten the edema subsided time and wound healing time.3.Babao Hemorrhoid Ointment in the treatment process has no obvious side effects and anal skin allergy and other adverse reactions,it has high safety and definite clinical efficacy,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
