Clinical Research On Postoperative Analgesic Used On Syndrome Of The Type Of Downward Flow Of Damp-heat And Invasion Of Lower Energizer In Mixed Hemorrhoid With Different Concentration Of Methylene Blue Injection

Objective: To explore the lowest concentration of methylene blue as an anagesic after hemorrhoid surgery based on the factors of complete analgesic effect and less side effect by comparing the postoperative pain after inject different concentration of methylene blue on hemorrhoid surgery patients. Methods: Divide 60 patients comply with the inclusive standard into 2 groups randomly: 30 cases in treatment group 1 were injected 0.1% methylene blue injection(1% of methylene blue 2ml + saline), 30 cases in treatment group 2 were injected 0.2% methylene blue injection (1% of methylene blue 2ml + saline). After postoperative conventional therapy, observe the pain levels of postoperative wounds and the levels under condition of defecation, dressing changed. Observe urine discharge condition, fecal incontinence, the anus rim edema, wound granulation tissue, etc. Compare to the above respectively, and analyze them by Statistics. Assess pain level by visual simulated grading method. Result: Clinical research shows there was no difference in postoperative 4 to 24 hrs on analgesic condition between 2 treatment groups (P > 0.05), in postoperative 24 ~ 72h analgesic situation is different. There was no significant difference on postoperative urine discharge condition, the anus rim edema, wound granulation tissue between 2 treatment groups. Conclusion:There was no significant difference on postoperative urine discharge condition, the anus rim edema, wound granulation tissue between 2 treatment groups.
