Analgesic Effect Of Clinical Research About Injection Of Medication At Chang Qiang Acupoint After Annular Mixed Hemorrhoid Operation

Objective: Observation of the effect of methylene blue injection combined with ropivacaine hydrochloride injection in Changqiang acupoint injection for postoperative analgesia of annular mixed hemorrhoids.In order to find out a simple and easy operation for treating postoperative pain of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,it does not need special funds to support and redundant doctors and nurses,and the patient’s compliance is good.Methods: About 80 cases of annular mixed hemorrhoids were divided into three groups of A,B,Cand D according to the random number table method.The annular mixed hemorrhoid patients were treated with acupuncture anesthesia for Milligan Morgan operation.Group A is an experimental group:Annular mixed hemorrhoids Milligan Morgan postoperative using methylene blue injection combined with ropivacaine hydrochloride injection in Changqiang acupoint injection.Group B was a control group:Annular mixed hemorrhoids Milligan Morgan postoperative improvement using methylene blue injection combined with ropivacaine hydrochloride injection in surgical wound subcutaneous injection.Group C was a control group:The annular mixed hemorrhoids after surgery using the same dose on Sterile Water for Injection Changqiang acupoint injection.Group D was a blank group: Annular mixed hemorrhoids Milligan Morgan postoperative without any drug injection.The suspension include 1% methylene blue 2ml and 0.75% ropivacaine 5ml and Sterile Water for Injection 5ml.Using of suspension 5ml for injection.Observation and recording of postoperative pain and wound edema and urine storage.The data obtained from different groups were analyzed by statistical analysis,and the results were obtained.Results: Methylene blue injection combined with ropivacaine hydrochloride injection with Changqiang acupoint can obviously relieve postoperative pain of annular mixed hemorrhoids.The pain scores of group A patients(2h,6h,1 days,3 days,5 days)were compared with those in group B: P>0.05,there was no statistical difference.Group A and C,D(2h,6h,1 days,3 days,5 days)pain score compared: P<0.05,there were significant statistical differences.The pain scores of group C and group D(2h,6h,1 days)were compared: P<0.05,there were significant statistical differences.Methylene blue injection combined with ropivacaine hydrochloride injection with Changqiang acupoint can obviously reduce postoperative bleeding of circular mixed hemorrhoids.Compared with group A and B,C and D,the scores of postoperative defecation bleeding were compared: P<0.05,there were significant statistical differences.Methylene blue injection combined with ropivacaine hydrochloride injection with Changqiang acupoint can obviously reduce the edema of the wound after the operation of the annular mixed hemorrhoids.And it can Obviously reducing the occurrence of acute urinary retention after the operation of annular mixed hemorrhoids.Conclusion: Methylene blue injection combined with ropivacaine hydrochloride injection for Changqiang acupoint injection is effective in the treatment of postoperative pain of annular mixed hemorrhoids.It can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative acute urinary retention,incision margin edema and postoperative bleeding of defecation.Methylene blue injection combined with ropivacaine hydrochloride injection for Changqiang acupoint injection have good clinical application value.
