Objective:To study the cosmetic effect of oncoplastic breast surgery in Breast conserving surgery.Methods:136 breast cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed who underwent breast cancer surgery and breast-conserving surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2011 to December 2018.According to different surgical methods,it was divided into 64 cases of the breast-conserving and tumor plastic surgery group(study group)and 72 cases of breast-conserving group(control group),compared two groups of postoperative patients with subjective satisfaction, breast shape beauty effect. Results:After a median follow-up of 23 months, there was no significant difference in invasive disease–free survival between the two groups(P=0.307).The post-operative subjective satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(82.25% VS 49.23%,P=0.001).In the evaluation of the post-operative cosmetic effect, the excellent rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.58%,VS 43.07%,P=0.001),and the difference was statistically significant. In the subgroup analysis, breast symmetry, surface flatness, skin color, horizontal nipple displacement distance and vertical nipple displacement distance were all higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between skin effect and incision scar(P>0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of ensuring safety, the application of tumor plastic surgery in breastconserving surgery can maintain the integrity of the breast shape and better cosmetic effect to a greater extent, and improve the satisfaction of patients after breast conserving surgery. |
