Objective:Understanding of Changchun city endowment institutions humanistic care nursing ability present situation and the elderly care awareness level,through the investigation and study analysis influence pension agency nurses ability of humanistic care,the main factors for the development of pension agency nurses' job training plan for reference,provide the basis for the management department of nursing personnel qualification certification.Methods:With the method of convenient sampling,choose Changchun four private pension institutions,USES the questionnaire survey,the pension agency in 120 nurses in humanistic care Ability assessment,questionnaire including pension agency nurses' general information questionnaire,Caring Ability scale(Caring Ability Inventory,CAI),markov job Burnout scale(Maslach Burnout Inventory,MBI),practicing environment questionnaire.At the same time,120 elderly people in nursing homes were selected for the assessment of Caring Perception.The questionnaire included the general information questionnaire and the Client Perception of Caring(CPC).Survey data using SPSS 22.0 for a double entry,single factor analysis of normal distribution data using t test and variance analysis,single factor analysis of the non-normal data U inspection or H,adopts Spearman correlation analysis method,the correlation analysis of meaningful independent variables into the general multivariate linear regression model,establish the multiple factors and pension agency nurses ability of humanistic care.The significance level,P<0.05,was considered to be statistically significant.Results:1.The results of this study show that: nursing staff in pension institutions are more female than male,accounting for 72.9%;The proportion of people over the age of 50 was 56.8 percent,with an average age of 49.0±9.3 years.The proportion of people of han nationality was 94.9%;The proportion of married people was59.3%;The proportion of junior middle school students with education level was 72%.The proportion of rural residents with household registration type was 70.3%.The proportion of those who have worked for less than 3 years is 59.3%;The proportion of professionals who have received systematic professional training was 15.3%,and the proportion of those who have received professional training of nurses was 5.9%.The proportion of employees with an average monthly income of less than 3,000 yuan was66.1%.The proportion of those who have not signed labor contracts is 33.9percent;The proportion of people with 6 to 9 clients was 93.2%.2.The score of the humanistic care ability of the nursing staff in Changchun was177.7 ± 22.1 points,including 73.1 ± 10.8 points in the cognitive dimension,53.8 ±8.0 points in the patience dimension and 50.7 ± 11.9 points in the courage dimension.The care perception of the elderly in the nursing home was at a low level of 61.7%.3.Different age,sex,nationality,marital status,account type,number of care service object and humanistic care ability difference of no statistical significance(P >0.05),cultural degree,fixed number of year of the work in the industry,whether the system of professional trained,the average monthly income,whether to sign labor contract with humanistic care ability difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Job burnout research results showed that 71 copies of questionnaires shows emotional exhaustion dimension in the height of burnout,accounting for 60.2% of the recycling effective questionnaire,73 copies of questionnaires show to personalization dimension in the height of burnout,accounting for 61.9% of the recycling effective questionnaire,108 copies of questionnaires shows self-efficacy to reduce the dimension in the height of burnout,accounting for 91.5% of the recycling effectivequestionnaire.The average score of the emotional exhaustion dimension in the job burnout scale is 22.6±10.3 points,the average score of the deindividuation dimension is 8.8±6.8 points,and the average score of the self-efficacy reduction dimension is29.1±8.0 points.5.The results of the survey on the practice environment: the average score was87.7±8.9,including 21.6±3.3 points in the workload dimension,38.9±5.6 points in the work control dimension and 27.2±3.9 points in the workplace relationship dimension.6.The results of generalized multiple linear regression analysis showed that:years of work,whether to receive relevant training,work load,workplace relationship,deindividuation and other factors had significant influence on the humanistic care ability of nursing staff(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The composition of nursing staff in pension institutions in Changchun: more women than men;Older;Low level of basic education;Low rate of systematic professional training;Low wages;Low labor contract signing rate;Understaffed.2.Compared with the standard of humanistic care ability formulated by Nkongho,the humanistic care ability of nursing staff in Changchun pension institutions is higher: > score of 220.3 means the total score of caring ability is higher,and < 203.1 means the total score of caring ability is lower.The perceived level of care for the elderly in pension institutions is low.3.Compared with M's job burnout norm,the job burnout of nursing staff in Changchun pension institutions is obvious.Low score in practice environment.4.Years of working in the industry,whether you have received systematic professional training,work load,workplace relationship and deindividuation are independent factors that affect your humanistic care ability.
