Investigation On Humanistic Care Ability Of Nursing Staff In Nursing Homes In Changchun

Objective:Understanding the current status of the humane care ability of nursing staff in Changchun City,analyzing its influencing factors,and proposing corresponding countermeasures will help to explore the path to improve the humane care ability of senior care workers,and to construct a standardized training program for senior care workers and formulate authoritative Human care standards provide the basis.Methods: Use cross-sectional survey.Using the cluster sampling method,a total of 214 elderly caregivers who met the exclusion criteria in the five elderly institutions in Changchun were selected for questionnaire surveys,including a general data questionnaire,a caring ability evaluation scale,and an attitude toward the elderly.The database was established using Excel2013 and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS22.0.Results: A total of 214 questionnaires were distributed in this study,and 214 were recovered.Finally,206 valid questionnaires were determined,and the effective recovery rate was 96.26%.1.The overall humanistic care ability of nursing staff in the elderly in Changchun City is(193.97±28.38)points.The scores of each dimension are the cognitive dimension(79.40±13.77),the patient dimension(58.44 ± 8.59),and the courage dimension(55.75±12.97).2.Using the t test and one-way analysis of variance,the results show that the nursing staff of the elderly care institutions in Changchun City in terms of gender,education level,certificate,whether they have graduated from medical related professions,the degree of family care,whether they have received training in humane care,pension The scores of caregiver's certificate,personality,training form,training time,course learning status,whether they have any experience in caring for patients,and whether they choose to live in an elderly care institution when they are old are different.The differences are statistically significant(P(27)0.05).3.Using Pearson correlation analysis,the results show that the total score of humane care and its dimensions and total attitudes towards the elderly(r=0.233~0.719),the appreciation dimension(r=0.226~0.719),and the bias dimension(r=0.237~0.756)scores werepositively correlated(P <0.05).4.Using stepwise regression analysis,the results show that the factors that affect the total score of the humanistic care ability of the nursing staff in the elderly care institutions in Changchun are ranked in order of importance: nurse qualification certificate(? =0.370),nursing staff certificate(?=0327),training Within 1 week to 1 month(?=0.293),training time is less than 1 week(?=0.234),personality(?=-0.218),whether the elderly are willing to live in an elderly institution(? =-0.217),training time 1 Within 3 months(?=0.167),attitude towards the elderly(? =0.159),senior care worker certificate level(? =0.121),F=16.104,P=0.000.Conclusion:1.The humanistic care ability of nursing staff in Changchun City's elderly care institutions is generally low.The scores of humanistic care ability from high to low are:patient dimension,cognitive dimension,and courage dimension.2.The influencing factors of the humanistic care ability of the nursing staff in the elderly care institution in Changchun are: nurse qualification certificate,nursing care worker certificate,training time within 1 week to 1 month,training time less than 1 week,personality,whether the elderly are willing to live in a nursing care institution,training time 1 Within months to 3 months,attitude towards the elderly,grade of senior care worker certificate.3.The attitudes of the nursing staff of the elderly in Changchun City towards the elderly are positively related to their humanistic care ability.
