Neonatal disease screening as a kind of maternal and infant health care technology,provides early diagnosis and treatment for congenital and genetic diseases that seriously endanger the health of newborn in the neonatal period.With the continuous development of China’s economy and maternal and child health level,neonatal disease screening as an important part of maternal and child health care is also growing,but there are still a large number of manual input data inaccuracy,information sharing is not timely,resulting in low efficiency.Based on the actual situation of women’s and children’s work in Bazhong City and the current situation of newborn disease screening management in Bazhong City,this project aims to sort out the business needs of Bazhong City’s newborn disease screening information system.Aiming at establishing a unified neonatal disease screening information data center and management platform,a neonatal disease screening information system with a B/S architecture was designed.Based on this,the system development and implementation and related system testing were carried out.The main research contents of this thesis include the following parts:1、Firstly,based on the analysis and analysis of the existing problems in the construction of neonatal disease screening informatization in Bazhong City,a preliminary needs analysis was formed,and the system was divided into seven functional modules.2、Using the.NET language,based on the B / S framework,the functional design of the neonatal disease screening information system in Bazhong City was carried out.Including overall frame design,initial inspection management function design,re-examination management function design,screening positive result management function design,treatment and follow-up management function design,reminder management function design,query function design,report statistics function design.The database design was carried out using MS SQL SERVER2008,and the relevant data table card was established.3、Carry out specific research on the realization of the seven major function modules,and demonstrate the flowcharts,screenshots of the operation interface,and some codes by implementing the function modules.Test cases were used to test the neonatal disease screening information system in Bazhong City.This system can realize various functional requirements,and meet the related business needs of newborn disease screening in Bazhong City,and realize the management functions of Bazhong Maternal and Child Health Hospital,its blood collection units and its superior management part.It can automatically generate compliance according to requirements.Relevant statistical reports required by the country,province,and city,and check the source of each wrongly reported data,so that the accuracy of the data is documented,which is beneficial to the informatization construction of maternal and child health work in Bazhong City Guarantee the continuity of newborn screening in Bazhong,and improve the level and efficiency of maternal and child health care in the city.
