| With the advent of the new era,great changes have taken place in all walks of life.It has become normal to apply computer technology to daily life and social production.The medical field is moving in the direction of informatization and intelligence.The hospital outpatient management information system is a branch of the hospital information system.It serves as the first stop for patients to see a doctor and the primary portal for patients to get in touch with the hospital and the quality of outpatient services.It is directly related to the patient’s first impression of the medical institution.From the current point of view,some small and medium-sized hospitals have not completely carried out information transformation,but simply realized the initial use of the hospital management system.In order to provide patients with better medical services,simplify medical procedures,improve the sharing of information resources,and reduce the work intensity and operation and maintenance costs of staff,a patient-oriented outpatient information management system has been developed to meet the needs of many small and medium-sized hospitals It is very necessary for hospitals to realize efficient management of its business processes.The system adopts the current popular B/S architecture model,and uses the front-end and back-end development method to design and implement a hospital outpatient management information system based on Spring Boot.This article first understands the domestic and foreign development status of hospital information system,and defines the purpose and significance of the system research and development.In the demand analysis,through on-site practice,the functional requirements of the system are analyzed,which are divided into six main functional modules: user information management,doctor scheduling management,appointment registration management,outpatient doctor workbench,outpatient charge management and outpatient pharmacy management.In the design stage,the overall design of the system is elaborated from the architecture selection and system design,and the flow chart and sequence chart are used to describe each functional module.Finally,the database is designed in the form of E-R chart and table structure.In the implementation and testing stage,the implementation effect of each functional module is displayed in the form of a web interface,and the corresponding code implementation logic is given to the core function.Finally,the functional implementation and performance results of the system are verified by functional testing and performance testing.Successfully reached the target set by the demand analysis,with complete functions and performance in line with expectations.This system includes the functions required by the business process of small and medium-sized outpatient hospitals,and meets the hospital’s process informatization,office efficiency,information sharing,and paperless medical records standards.It will significantly improve the economic and social benefits of the hospital. |
