Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenweijianzhong decoction on functional dyspepsia of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold Syndrome and its influence on the levels of motilin and gastrin. Methods Select June 2018 to September 2019 in a hospital liver spleen and stomach disease outpatient and the inpatient treatment in this study included in the standard of 66 cases of spleen and stomach type cold functional dyspepsia patients as the research object, using the random number table method will be included in the standard of 66 patients in treatment group:the proportion of the control group(1:1)were randomly divided into Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine control group(33 cases in each group). In this study,a total of 6 patients did not complete the treatment plan.Among them,3 patients in the western medicine control group withdrew from the study due to perceived poor efficacy,2 patients in the Chinese medicine treatment group withdrew automatically and 1 patient in the combined drug withdrawal study.Mosapride citrate tablets were administered orally in the western medicine control group and Wenweijianzhong decoction was administered orally in the Chinese medicine treatment group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by observing the scores of each symptom, the total score of TCM syndromes, and the changes of motilin and gastrin levels before and after treatment in the two groups.SPSS25.0 analysis software was used for statistical analysis of the data obtained from the test, and P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant. Results A total of 66 subjects were included in this clinical study, among which 6 caseswere removed or exfoliated, and a total of 60 cases were completed,30 cases in each of the two groups.1.Through statistical analysis of the gender, age and course of disease of the subjects in the two groups, the P values were all>0.05,showing no significant difference in composition and comparable.2.Single symptom integral comparison:after treatment, the scores of each single symptom in the two groups were improved to different degrees compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of the symptoms of epigastralgia, fullness of epigastric distention, decreased diet, fatigue and lassitude, tepid hands and feet, loose stools and loose stools in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was better than that in the western medicine control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome score: after treatment, the total TCM symptom score of the two groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),and the total TCM symptom score of the TCM treatment group decreased more significantly than that of the western medicine control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of TCM syndromes:total effective rate of western medicine control group was 76.66%;The total effective rate of TCM treatment group was 90%.By comparison, the total effective rate of the two groups was P<0.05,indicating that the overall clinical efficacy of the TCM treatment group was better than that of the western medicine control group.5.Comparison of contents of motilin and gastrin:after treatment, the contents of motilin and gastrin in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the contents of motilin and gastrin in the TCM treatment group were more significantly inc-reased than those in the western control group(P<0.01).Conclusion1.Wenweijianzhong decoction is superior to mosapride in improving the symptoms of patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold Syndrome, with noadverse reactions, and worthy of clinical application.2.Wenweijianzhong decoction can raise the level of motilin and gastrin in patients within a certain range, which may be one of the mechanisms of its action in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold Syndrome.
