The Theoretical And Experimental Study On Thetreatment Of Functional Dyspepsia With Chaoyijianpizhuangwei Decoction

Objectives:this study is to provide a comprehensive overview of the research progress of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and the theory source of FD through theoretical research;through the exper imental study,observe the changes of content of the AchE in rat model,GAS.MTLand the effect on gastric emptying rate in rats that are brought by Chaoyi Jianpizhuangwei(strengthen spleen and stomach)decoction,and then have a preliminary discussion the mechanism of action.Study Methods:Collect and reorganize the Chinese and Western medicine documents on functional dyspepsia of the recent years:1.Divide 60 male rats randomly into 6 groups as follows:normal group,model group,control group(mosapride),high-dose group,middle-dose group,low-dose group,with 10 rats in each group.The rates are raised by cages.2.Take use of functional dyspepsia model rats induced by reserpine(0.2mg/kg/time/d).Give drug treatment to control group,high-dose group,middle-dose group and low-dose group with a dosage of 0.3mg,2.4mg,1.2mg,0.6mg.Give normal saline to normal group and model group with a dosage of 2ml for each group.3.After 14 days of continuous intragastric administration,leave rats fasting for 24 hours,take out eyeballs,collect venous blood from the eye AchE,GAS,MTL.Conduct intragastric administration with 2ml carbon ink after 24 hours of fasting.One hour later,open quickly the cardia and pylorus ligated in abdomen.Extract the whole stomach,weigh the total weight and the net weight of the stomach to measure the gastric emptying rate.4.Make statistical analysis disposal of the experimental data.Study Results:1.compared with model group,the content of AchE of the control group,high-dose group,middle-dose group and low-dose group significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the content of AchE of the high-dose group and middle-dose group has no significant difference(P>0.05).2.compared with model group,the content of AchE of control group,high-dose group,middle-dose group and low-dose group is much higher,which is statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Compared with control group,the AchE of the high-dose group is higher but no significant difference(P>0.05).3.Compared with the model group,the content of AchE of the control group,high-dose group,middle-dose group and low-dose group has a significant increase(P<0.01)· Compared with control group,the AchE of the high-dose group and middle-dose group has a significant increase(P<0.01).4.Compared with the model group,the rats gastric emptying rate of the control group,high-dose group,middle-dose group and low-dose group has a significant increase(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the rats gastric emptying rate of the high-dose group and middle-dose group has a signi:ficant increase(P<0.01).Conclusion:Chaoyi Jianpizhuangwei(strengthen spleen and stomach)decoction has effects on improving gastric motility and gastric emptying for the functional dyspepsia model rats.The mechanism may be related to the increasing of the activity of acetylcholinesterase and the promoting effect of the secretion of motilin and gastrin,which need a further study.
