Objective:To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of Yuanluo point acupuncture and oral Domperidone Tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)with deficiency cold in the spleen and stomach,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:70 cases of functional dyspepsia of spleen stomach deficiency cold type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group.Lifestyle education was given in both groups.Treatment group:Treatment by acupuncture combined with gentle moxibustion, acupuncture on both sides of the original point of the stomach meridian Chong Yang and the ligament point of the spleen meridian Gong Sun,moxibustion at the same time during the retention of acupuncture, treatment once a day,12 times for a course of treatment,4days rest between courses,2 courses of treatment,a total of 4 weeks. In the control group,Domperidone tablets 10 mg were given orally 3 times a day for 4 weeks. Before treatment and the next day after treatment, the quantitative grading of TCM symptoms(TCM symptom score),serum Gastrin(GAS),and SF-36 Health Survey Scale(SF-36)were recorded in both groups.SPSS25.0 software package was used to conduct statistical processing on the data and comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:1.The differences between the two groups of subjects before treatment in terms of gender, age, disease duration,TCM symptom score, serum GAS and SF-36 scale scores were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and were comparable.2.Clinical efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.43%,and that of the control group was 70.59%.The difference between the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.TCM symptom scores:The total TCM symptom scores of both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference in the total TCM symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05).The single TCM symptoms in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of warmth and pressure, generalized vomiting of clear water, lack of warmth in the hands and feet, and loose stools(P<0.05),and there was no difference in the efficacy of the two groups in improving the symptoms of hidden pain or fullness in the stomach and epigastrium, dullness and lack of food, and fatigue(P>0.05).4.Serum GAS:The serum GAS values in both groups were higher compared with those before treatment(P <0.05).The difference in serum GAS values before and after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.SF-36 scale scores:SF-36 scale scores increased in both groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of the improvement of SF-36 scale scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yuanluo and acupoint acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of functional dyspepsia with deficiency of spleen and stomach and improve the quality of life, which is better than oral domperidone tablets in terms of comprehensive efficacy.2.Acupuncture at Yuanluo points can increase the content of GAS,which may be one of the mechanisms of treating FD of spleen stomach deficiency cold type.
