Objective :To observe the effect of the new lip constriction breathing training device on lung rehabilitation in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)during stable period, and to explore its application value in the pulmonary rehabilitation of elderly patients with COPD.Methods :Select 60 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period from January 2018 to October 2019 who were discharged from hospital after 14 days of stable condition and returned to the clinic, were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. On the basis of routine drug therapy, the experimental group were given respirator-assisted lip-shrinking and the control group received traditional lip-shrinking training.Training cycle of 8 weeks,Both groups were trained 100-200 breath per times, twice a day,Pulmonary function,6 WMT,CAT and mMRC were evaluated and statistically analyzed before and after training. Results :(1)Both groups showed good rehabilitation effect in 6WMT,CAT and mMRC scores after training(P<0.05);(2)There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group between the three indexes of 6WMT?CAT and mMRC score before rehabilitation training(P>0.05),the rehabilitation effect of the experimental group were better than that of the control group(P <0.05);(3)Before and after rehabilitation, there was no significant difference in lung function between the two groups(P>0.05),There was no significant difference in pulmonary function between the two groups before and after rehabilitation training(P>0.05);(4)Comparison of the number of completed training casesbetween the test group and the control group showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion :The new type of respiratory training instrument assisted lip-shrinking breathing showed better rehabilitation effect and compliance than traditional lip-shrinking breathing in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. |
