Research On The Health Service Mode Of Community Home Care In Jilin Province

Purpose: This study analyzes the demand for health service of community home care in Jilin Province and combines the current supply conditions and levels of community health services in Jilin Province.Through empirical analysis,it finds out the contradiction between supply and demand and uses this as an opportunity.A model for health service of community home care in Jilin Province was proposed to guide the full integration of community health resources in Jilin Province and provide reference for the development of health service of community home care in Jilin Province.Method:(1)The literature analysis method.A large number of domestic and foreign latest academic journals have been collected through databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP,WANFANG Data,etc.,which provide detailed theoretical support for the writing of this paper.(2)Expert consultation method: Determine the feasibility and operability of the questionnaire design by consulting experts.(3)Questionnaire survey method: Using the self-designed questionnaire on demand for health service of community home care,we randomly selected 1500 residents aged 60 and above in nine districts of Jilin Province(Changchun,Jilin,Tonghua,Liaoyuan,Songyuan,Siping,Baishan,Baicheng and Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture),to investigate the needs for health service of community home care.A total of 1500 questionnaires were distributed,1500 were recovered,and 1324 incomplete questionnaires were rejected.(4)Informed interview method: In-depth interviews were conducted with the relevant heads of community health service centers,medical staff,and community seniors using self-designed interview outlines to understand the current situation of community health service supply in Jilin Province.(5)Empirical analysis method: Data collection is divided into two parts: filed survey and data reference.First,the questionnaire survey method is adopted in the community home health service demand.SPSS(version 22)is used to analyze the collected original data after field investigation.Second,to analyze Jilin province community health service supply status,EXCEL is used to analysis the data of Chinese Statistical Yearbook,Jilin Statistical Yearbook,Jilin province 2012-2017 years national economic and social development statistical bulletin,and other data.By above two parts,we can find out the contradiction between supply and demandResult: In terms of health service demand,through the factor analysis,we can see that the health service needs of the community home care in Jilin mainly include hospital health service(including health care service of Chinese medicine,service of door-to-door care,guidance of medical staff to life),family health service(including family doctor and family care,mental health counseling)and health consultation service.The biggest demand is hospital health services,followed by family health services,and finally,health advisory services.In terms of health service supply,most of the health services provided by the community are focused on health knowledge,health examination,health counseling and chronic disease management,and the support for door-to-door care,home ward and long-term care service for the elderly is not enough.At the same time,there are many problems in primary health care institutions,such as the total number of health workers is less,the number of beds in health institutions is less,the number of general practitioners is less,the ratio of doctors and nurses is not balanced.Conclusion: The supply of health services at home in Jilin is far from enough to meet the needs.The main reason is that the government support is not enough,including the investment in policy making and implementation,capital investment,talent training,public opinion propaganda,popularization and promotion of health care knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,and the construction of community home care facilities.Therefore,the construction of the new mode of community home health service in Jilin province needs the guiding principles,the division of responsibilities,the construction of the talent team,the development of the project,the supervision and management,the policy guarantee and so on.
