Study On The Participation Of Rural Community Health Organizations And Home Care Services In Shandong Province

The proportion of the elderly population in Shandong Province is increasing.The number of elderly in rural areas,disability,partial disability,and empty nesting is large,and the demand for superimposed services and medical services is increasing.At present,home-based care has become the main way of providing old-age care,and community health institutions,as the main bearers of the health of the elderly at home,combining community health institutions with home-based care services is an important measure to crack rural old-age care services,and can effectively achieve The multi-level and diversified health care service needs of the family,the old doctors and the old ones.This paper mainly focuses on the “participation reasons--participation status--the problems existing in the participation process” of rural community health institutions participating in home-based care services,and combining literature research methods,empirical analysis,case analysis and other research methods to Shandong Province.Rural community health institutions have conducted in-depth research on the issue of participating in home care services.This paper draws on previous research results and uses theory of demand,stakeholder theory and welfare pluralism as the theoretical support.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of population aging in Shandong Province and the necessity and feasibility of rural community health institutions participating in home care services.Secondly,after classifying and summarizing the survey data,and then performing statistical analysis on the sample data,a binary linear regression model was established to analyze the willingness and influencing factors of the elderly in the community.Thirdly,through the relevant websites to access some macro data and field interview records,from the five aspects of rural community health institutions,service functions,infrastructure,human resources status,medical services,the development status of rural community health institutions in Shandong Province,found Shandong Province Community health institutions in many rural areas have established cooperative relationships with home-based care services,but there are few specific information on the status of participation.The article refers to the specific practices and methods of providing health care services for the elderly in the homes of Qingdao A community health institutions.For example,the status quo of rural community health institutions participating in home care services and their attitudes and views on the model are analyzed.Finally,the pre-existing research systematically summarizes the dilemma of community health institutions participating in home-based care services and proposes countermeasures and suggestions.In short,the resources of all parties should carry out a collaborative strategy to promote the development of rural medical care combined with the old-age service model,and continuously meet the needs of the healthy elderly in rural areas.
