The Study Of The Innovation Service Model Of The Community Home Care Service-Based On Guangzhou

ObjectiveThis paper studies the development status of Elderly Home Care in Guangzhou community by empirical research. Based on the demand for services and wish in Home-based care services, this study attempts to explore innovative service models and management methods, so that provides a reference for the establishment of long-term operating mechanism of Community Home Care.Methods(1) Literature research:go through China Journal database (CNKI)> Wei Pu database (VIP)、Articles Chinese Medical Journal Database and so on.(2) Questionnaire survey:design the questionnaire about the needs of Elderly Home Care.(3) Objects of Study:60 years old or older who lives in Dong Jiao Block (Random sampling).(4) Case Study:field visits and individual interviews.ResultsFirstly, there are only 42.1% of the respondents expressed their willingness to accept the Elderly Home Care service and 32.2% of the respondents would consider buying this kind of service. Secondly, the educational level, seniors living alone, the number of sick and the average monthly income of the elderly recipients play an significant part on the willingness of Community Services. Thirdly, Community home for the elderly in greater demand for health care and spiritual solace class categories, namely 46.5% and 64.9%. Conversely, cultural events and social need have less impact on Elderly Home Care service, respectively 23.8% and 21.3%. By one-factor analysis and binary logistic regression analysis showed that affect their daily lives caring for the needs of the class are the " children of the situation " and " spouse " two factors impact of health care needs of the class are the " average monthly income this factor; the impact of cultural activity class needs mainly" age (70 years for the sector) " and " education "two factors; impact of spiritual comfort class requirements are the " presence or absence of illness " and " age (70 years old community) " two factors; the impact of social class participation requirements are the" education " factorThrough case studies of East Jiao Street community Home Care Service model, we found the following problems of the current community Home Care Services developments:(1)the participating body positioning is not clear; (2)the service benefit is narrow and form rigid; (3)pension services lack of human resources; (4)financial support from the government is inadequate; (5) service matchihg supply and demand are deficient; (6) the service supervision system is imperfect.ConclusionThe Home Care service needs and wishes of respondents are not particularly high by empirical research. Moreover, Home Care has a close relationship with demographic attributes. Therefore, age, education, health, self-care, the average monthly income and other factors should be taken into account in the study of community home care service model.The article also analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings in Guangzhou community home care service and put forward some methods, Such as construction council made multiple subjects participating organizations, community-based care services grid administrator mode application of multi-agent organization mechanisms, information sharing and intelligent scheduling dynamic consolidation services model, community service body high credit quality limited recommendation mode, based on the circle of children the elderly and community service micro marketing model self-care or elderly family members helping the government backing to elderly service points accumulated mode of operation mode and management methods, community home-based care in order to improve service quality and efficiency, mining community service resources, building a harmonious retirement community offers useful exploration, and the corresponding security measures, including government support to build the system, establish long-term operation mechanism; risk identification service, the establishment of risk prevention mechanism and so on.
