Objective:With the aging population in Yunnan Province,the number of patients with dementia will also increase.With the increasing burden of care for dementia diseases and the transformation of family structure,the family pension model of the demented elderly will gradually change to institutional pension.Elderly care worker,as the mainstay of providing nursing services in elderly institutions,are responsible for providing various kinds of care and services for this special elderly group.Their level of knowledge about dementia is closely related to the care received by patients with dementia.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to design a training project suitable for improving the level of dementia knowledge of elderly care workers in the region,to explore its impact on the knowledge of dementia of elderly care works,and to provide guidance for Yunnan Dementia Education Training in the future.Methods:40 elderly care workers were randomly selected from two elderly care institutions in Kunming,Yunnan Province,and a total of 80 elderly care workers were selected.The 40 elderly care workers selected from each of the elderly care institutions were randomly divided into experimental groups.(N=20)and the control group(n=20).Training interventions were conducted in turn.The experimental group received 8 training sessions for a total of 8?9 hours.The control group is a waiting list,and its supplementary training content will be given after the intervention of the experimental group.After the research data was cross-balanced and combined,statistical analysis was performed on the differences between the Chinese version of the dementia knowledge assessment scale(C-DKAS)scores before and after training in the experimental group and the control group to evaluate the training effect.Self-made satisfaction was used after the intervention.The evaluation scale evaluates training satisfaction,combines semi-structured interview methods,and interviews elderly care workers who have worked for more than two months after training in accordance with the principle of data saturation to evaluate the actual work application effect of the training content.SPSS 23.0 was used for descriptive analysis of the data,x2 test,two independent samples t test,non-parametric Mann-Whitney U rank sum test,and so on.The inspection level is P<0.05.Results:1.Status of dementia knowledge among elderly care workerThe total score of C-DKAS scale of 80 elderly care workers was(22.50 ± 5.95),the etiology and characteristic score of module 1 was(5.58±2.57),the communication and behavior score of module 2 was(3.85±2.15),and module 3 The scores for care considerations were(8.35±3.04)points,and the risk factors and health promotion scores for module 4 were(4.73 ± 1.92)points.The scores from high to low are in order:care precautions,causes and characteristics,risk factors and health promotion,communication and behavior.2.Effect and Evaluation of the "Warm Sun Care" of Alzheimer's disease training program?Comparison of the total scores of the C-DKAS scale and the knowledge scores of each module in the experimental group before and after the comparison(P<0.001).The comparison of the control group before and after the comparison in module 2(communication and behavior)and module 3(There were statistical differences in care considerations(P<0.05),but there were no statistical differences in the total score,module one(causes and characteristics),and module four(risk factors and health promotion)of the C-DKAS scale(P>0.05);the total scores of the C-DKAS scale of the experimental group and the control group before the intervention and the baseline value scores of each module were not statistically different(P>0.05),and the total of the C-DKAS scale of the experimental group after the intervention The amount of change was(11.68±4.60)points,which was significantly higher than the total change of the control group(0.95 ± 3.15)points,which had significant statistical significance(P<0.001),and the changes in the scores of each module were also statistically significant.(P<0.05).? Satisfaction evaluation scale score of 45(43,50)points,of which 82.5%were very satisfied with the training(40 points<X ? 50 points);12 people who worked more than two months after the training Semi-structured interviews with senior caregivers showed that 12(100%)senior caregivergs affirmed the helpful role of dementia knowledge training;10(83.3%)senior caregivers stated that they were particularly concerned The help from the three aspects of getting along with the intelligent elderly and coping with abnormal behavior is obvious;11 people(91.6%)said that in actual work,the knowledge learned in training will help to better understand the disease and the feelings of patients,and can better 8)(66.6%)said that the training and learning strengthened the prevention and control of disease risk factors and increased the awareness of early diagnosis of the disease;11(91.6%)said that the training was comprehensive and comprehensive.Interesting,there is no supplementary opinion on other learning needs;1 person(8.3%)asked to learn more about coping styles of attack behaviors of dementia patients;10 people(83.3%)of elderly care workers had The attitude of knowledge related to dementia is relatively positive.I hope that training courses will be held from time to time and combined with WeChat public account and WeChat group to give more information of dementia for elder care workers in the future.Conclusion:The results of this study show that the "Warm Sun Care" training program of can effectively improve the level of dementia knowledge of elderly care workers,and to a certain extent can also promote the elderly care workers to better understand the disease and patient's feelings.At the same time,it can increase the confidence of elderly care workers and improve the attitude of elderly care workers towards demented elderly people.In addition,elderly care workers have high satisfaction and acceptance of the training program,which is feasible.
