Objective:1.To understand the knowledge level and behavior of hospitalized stroke patients and their caregivers, and to analyze the influencing factors.2.The NNN-linked fall prevention health education and nursing plan are combined with the results of previous studies to formulate a plan, which is applied to inpatients stroke patients and their caregivers to explore standardized and standard effective ways to prevent falls.3.To explore the application effect of NNN-linked nursing plan in inpatients with stroke and caregivers.Methods:1.Investigation research: 110 stroke patients and their caregivers were investigated using the two outcome scales of fall prevention knowledge and behavior in the third edition of "Nursing Outcome Classification".2.Class experimental study: From June 2019 to October 2019,facilitate the selection of 100 stroke patients and their caregivers in a tertiary hospital in Shanxi Province, and divide the research subjects(stroke patients, caregivers)into the intervention group and the control group,50 cases each. The control group was given routine care during hospitalization, and the intervention group was given the NNN-linked fall prevention health education and nursing plan on the basis of routine care. Before and after the intervention, patients with stroke and their caregivers were evaluated using thefall prevention knowledge outcome scale and the fall prevention behavior outcome scale on the day of admission and the day before discharge.Results:1.The average score of knowledge and behavior in preventing falls of 110 inpatients with stroke in this study was(44.75±4.77)and(41.92±5.49).2.Univariate analysis of variance(ANOVA)of falls prevention knowledge in stroke patients showed that: education level, occupation, combined hypertension, combined diabetes, whether there is a history of falls, family residence, whether to use drugs that cause falls and whether hemiplegia were the influencing factors.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that: education level, whether there is a history of falls, whether hemiplegia, and family residence were the influencing factors of fall prevention in stroke patients.3.Univariate analysis of variance(ANOVA)of falls prevention behavior in stroke patients showed that: gender, education level, occupation, combined hypertension, whether there is a history of fall, use drugs causing fall and whether hemiplegia were the influencing factors.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that: education level, gender, whether hemiplegia and whether there is a history of falls were the influencing factors of the knowledge level of stroke patients in preventing falls.4.The average score of knowledge and behavior of 110 caregivers in this study was(41.51±4.18)and(40.03±3.38).5.Univariate analysis of variance(ANOVA)of falls prevention knowledge in caregivers showed that: age, education level, caregiver time, and whether patients had a history of falls were the influencing factors.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that: education level, caregiver time, whether patients had a history of falls and age were the influencing factors of fall prevention in stroke patients.6.Univariate analysis of variance(ANOVA)of falls prevention behavior in caregivers showed that : gender, education level, caregiver time, whether patients had ahistory of falls and hemiplegia were the influencing factors.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that: education level, gender, caregiver time, and whether patients had a history of falls were the main influencing factors.7.There was no significant difference in the scores of knowledge and behavior of preventing falls between the two groups of stroke patients before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention, the score of knowledge and behavior of preventing falls in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of knowledge and behavior of preventing falls between the two groups of caregivers before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention, the score of the caregivers in the intervention group on knowledge and behavior of preventing falls was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Knowledge of fall prevention in stroke patients is mainly influenced by education level, whether hemiplegia, whether there is a history of falls and family residence; The fall prevention behavior of stroke patients was mainly influenced by the main education level, gender, whether hemiplegia, and whether there is a history of fall.Knowledge of fall prevention among caregivers was mainly influenced by education level, caregiver time, whether patients had a history of falls and age.The major factors influencing caregiver's fall prevention behavior were education level, gender, caregiver time, and whether patients had a history of falls. Therefore, nurses should pay attention to these influencing factors when carrying out fall prevention health education.2.To explore the application effect of NNN-linked nursing plan on inpatients with stroke and their caregivers, and provide a reference for nursing staff to provide systematic and scientific nursing methods?...
