Research On Problems Of Drug Safety Supervision And Administration In Huhehaote

The safety of drug is a necessary factor related to people’s health,government credibility and social stability.Drug supervision involves the reform of departments,institutions and professionalism.With the reform of drug supervision system,drug safety supervision in China has achieved to some extent the optimization of administrative resource allocation and the improvement of supervision efficiency.However,there are still many unsolved problems.Based on the previous studies and the theory of Government Regulation Theory,Organizational Change Theory and Governance Theory,this paper analyzes the current situation of supervision in Huhehaote,traces the reform process of drug supervision in China,and discusses the main problems: unreasonable institutional settings,supervision and management.Rules and systems are imperfect,and supervision efficiency is low as well as rural construction lags behind.The causes of the problems such as the unreasonable division of responsibilities,the imperfection of laws and regulations,the imperfect supervision system,the low efficiency of supervision,and the lack of full coverage of supervision among various agencies are discussed.By drawing on the advanced experience of the United States and Japan,and combining with the Enlightenment of Chengdu and Tianjin in China,the management countermeasures are put forward.Through optimizing the regulatory bodies,improving laws and the regulatory mechanism,enhancing the effectiveness of supervision,strengthening rural drug supervision,making full use of external technical support,To achieve the goal of improving Huhhot’s drug management and supervision ability.
