Study On The Supervision Mode Of Special Rectification Of Drug Safety In Chongqing

Drug safety is closely related to people’s life safety and health.In recent years,drug safety accidents have occurred frequently leading to a sense of mistrust in society about drug safety.However,in the past,health care reform has placed too much emphasis on market-based behavior,resulting in inadequacies in current drug management processes,related management processes and business models.The research on the supervision of drug safety special rectification is conducive to the further improvement of drug supervision and management theory,and also has a positive significance for the practice of special rectification activities.This study mainly adopts the literature research method,combined with the questionnaire survey method,and adopts the theories related to government regulation,organization management and public management.Questionnaire survey was conducted on the supervision mechanism of drug safety special rectification in Chongqing.The respondents were Chongqing residents.From four dimensions: satisfaction degree of drug safety,understanding degree of drug safety supervision function,false drug advertising phenomenon and drug safety supervision,the residents in this area were investigated by random questionnaires.A total of 1000 questionnaires were sent out,and the recovery rate and effective rate were98.5% and 100% respectively.Through sorting out the questionnaire and analyzing,it was found that the problems existed in the drug safety special rectification work in Chongqing include: lack of long-term supervision mechanism,serious illegal phenomenon caused by the government’s long-term neglect of supervision,the special rectification increased the cost of administrative law enforcement,and the quality of law enforcement personnel was low.In view of the above problems,referring to the advanced concepts and methods of drug safety supervision in the world’s advanced countries,the measures and solutions are put forward.It is necessary to focus on three aspects of the work: first,it is necessary to set clear targets for the supervision of Chongqing’s drug safety special rectification;second,to further improve the supervision mechanism of drug safety special rectification in Chongqing;third,it is necessary to truly implement the supervision measures of Chongqing’s drug safety special rectification.
