Objectives:In this study,the sport fatigue model of mice and subjects was established to detect the relevant indexes after taking Sedum aizoon L.aqueous solution,and to observe the preventive effect of Sedum aizoon L.on sports fatigue,in order to explore its related prevention mechanism,and to provide experimental evidence for further development and utilization of Sedum aizoon L.Methods:100 SPF grade ICR mice,after one week of adaptive feeding,the mice were randomly divided into 5 groups according to weight: low,middle and high dose experimental groups(Sedum aizoon L.0.225 ml / kg.d,0.9 ml / kg.d,3.6ml / kg.d),positive control group(Red Bull 3.6ml / kg.d)and blank group(distilled water 3.6ml / kg.d).After 28 days of continuous intragastric administration,exhaustive weight-bearing swimming test and pole-climbing test were carried out to detect the related indexes of fatigue.Selecting 39 healthy male college students from Capital College of Physical Education and randomly divide them into 3 groups according to their weight,13 persons in each group and the division of groups was consistent with the mice in the animal experiment.The middle dose of mice in the animal experiment was converted into human dose for drinking in the experimental group.The positive control group and the blank group drank the same dose of Red Bull and pure water respectively for 14 days.The subjects were given an incremental load exercise program.After drinking the sample for the last time,the experiment was carried out,and the indexes were collected immediately after the end of the experiment.After the end of the experiment,all the test results were analyzed and discussed.ResultsAnimal experiment:Through animal experiments,compared with the blank group,it was found that the exhausted swimming time of mice in the middle dose and high dose groups were significantly prolonged(P<0.05);the cumulative climbing time in the experimental groups were prolonged,among others,time in the low dose and middle dose groups were significantly prolonged(P<0.05),time in the high dose group was significantly higher than blank group(P<0.01);blood urea in the low dose and the positive control group were lower than those in the blank group,among others,blood urea in the low dose group showed significant difference(P<0.01)and the positive control group showed statistical significance(P<0.05);blood lactic acid concentration in the low dose group and the positive control group were lower than those in the blank group(P<0.05);blood glucose in the middle dose and high dose groups were prolonged,among others,blood glucose in the middle dose group showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Human trials:Through the experimenting on human being,it was found that the perfusion index of the5 th minutes was lower than those after the movement and the result showed significant difference(P<0.01);average response time of experimental group was reduced than those before drinking the testing solution and the result showed significant difference(P<0.01);compared with the blank group,exercise load and time of experimental group were markedly increased(P<0.05);creatine kinase and cortisol of experimental group were significantly decreased(P<0.05);and cortisol of experimental group was reduced than those before drinking the testing solution and the result showed statistical significance(P<0.05);compared with the blank group,hemoglobin of experimental group were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the maximal oxygen consumption of experimental group was increased but it didn’t show significant difference.Conclusion:1.Sedum aizoon L.can significantly prolong the exhaustive weight-bearing swimming time of mice,and its mechanism may be achieved by reducing the levels of blood urea and blood lactic acid level and increasing the blood sugar content.2.Sedum aizoon L.can significantly reduce the average response time of subjects and prolong the time of last exercise,its mechanism may be achieved by reducing the blood perfusion index,cortisol and creatine kinase content and increasing the hemoglobin and the last exercise load.3.Sedum aizoon L.has a certain preventive effect on exercise fatigue in mice and subjects,it can also effectively improve exercise endurance.
