Driven by the state’s vigorous promotion of "Internet and Medical Care",domestic hospitals have made use of advanced medical technology + information technology at home and abroad to promote the rapid development of the medical market,and with the gradual advancement of the new medical reform,the medical market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,the core task of the new medical reform is the reform of the medical system and the construction of service capacity,is committed to alleviating the people’s "difficult to seek medical treatment" key issues;Infant medical resources are relatively scarce,and the number of women and children specialist hospitals in Guangdong Province are relatively small in absolute quantity and proportion,meanwhile the number of women and children in Guangdong Province is large,how to improve the level of medical services for women and children is the focus of government departments at all levels and hospitals in these years,the level of medical services and medical technology as the core of the competition of hospitals,has an equally important position.In order to adapt to the trend of the times,to alleviate the problem of improving the "difficult to see a doctor" and "expensive" for women and children in Guangdong Province and even in southern China,as the largest special hospital for women and children in southern China,Guangzhou Women and Children’s Medical Center needs to formulate an overall strategy for the hospital with the times,and at the same time,it needs to be strategically managed by the medical services of the center.Medical service is a kind of customer service,medical service system refers to all the basic service system except medical technology service,medical service level is one of the two core competitiveness of hospital competition,and customer satisfaction is an important evaluation index to measure service level.Based on the theory of strategic management,this paper studies the medical service strategy of Guangzhou Women and Children’s Medical Center.Firstly,by analyzing the general situation of the center and the current situation of medical services,the problem of the low implementation of some of the center’s information-based projects,the low satisfaction of employees and patients,and the problems of the center’s current medical service strategy,and then,through the PEST analysis method and the five-force model,the internal and external environment and industrial environment of the center are analyzed,SWOT analysis is used to identify the external opportunities,threats and internal advantages and disadvantages of the hospital.Adhering to policy guidance,adhering to the professional service route,adhering to the construction of information system technology as the cornerstone,adhering to the guiding ideology of public welfare,It can be concluded that so strategy,namely growth strategy,is suitable for the overall strategy of the medical service of the center at this stage.The overall strategy includes intensive growth strategy,diversification strategy and integration strategy.The center should focus on the implementation of intensive growth strategy.puts forward the implementation of building the quality management system of medical service,promoting the competitive strategy of medical service,creating competitive advantage,implementing the brand marketing strategy,cultivating the medical service brand,implementing the human resources strategy and stabilizing the medical team,and at the same time,for ensuring the implementation of the strategy,we will put forward four aspects as the establishment of a full-time medical service management department,steadily promoting the construction of information,strengthening the regional medical union,and upgrading the medical environment.The research results are of reference to the people’s livelihood of improving the "difficult to seek medical treatment " and "expensive" problems of women and children in southern China and even throughout the country,which is also of important theoretical and practical significance of this research. |
