Performance management is the core of human resource management.Hospital performance management is an important part of modern hospital management.It is an effective management activity based on hospital strategy,which provides necessary reference for China’s medical reform.Effective performance management can provide reasonable basis for the promotion and training of employees,promote the realization of self-worth of employees,promote the core competitiveness of the hospital,and better achieve the strategic objectives.This paper takes YK hospital as the research object,on the basis of analyzing the current situation of performance management in YK hospital,puts forward the problems of performance management faced by YK hospital,and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the relevant theories of performance management and the actual situation of YK hospital.In this paper,using the theory of performance management at home and abroad,through literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,we find that YK hospital performance management has the following problems: the lack of strategy oriented performance management system,performance data distortion,lack of performance guidance,incomplete performance evaluation indicators,lack of feedback and communication in the process of performance management.In view of the above problems,combined with the performance management theory,a set of performance management scheme suitable for YK hospital is constructed by using performance assessment methods such as RBRVS and comprehensive objective management,highlighting the indicators of medical safety quality and patient satisfaction.This paper mainly improves the performance management of YK hospital from the five aspects of performance management objectives,performance management system,performance evaluation program,communication and resultapplication,and construction of information system platform,hoping to improve the performance level of medical and health technical personnel,improve employee and patient satisfaction,improve work efficiency,and realize the overall quality management of the hospital,Promote the healthy development of the hospital. |
