Clinical Observation Of Modified Cangfudaotan Decoction In The Treatment Of Spleen Deficiency And Phlegm-dampness In Adolescent Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and advantages of artemisia annua trionychia decoction in treating children with fever caused by internal injury,Yin deficiency and internal heat.Methods:A total of 60 children with fever due to internal injury and Yin deficiency and internal heat who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.The treatment group was given artemisia annua decoction plus a reduction,and the control group was given zhibai dihuang pills.The observation period was 14 days.Scores of TCM symptoms were recorded after 14 days for efficacy and safety evaluation.Results:1.Total clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.6%,indicating a significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups(P <0.05).2.Comparison of scores of TCM symptoms: before and after treatment,the scores of patients in the two groups were statistically significant in the three aspects of wubuqi fever,hand-hand-heart fever and secondary symptoms(P<0.01).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was also statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment in both groups could improve the above symptoms,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The clinical effect of artemisia annua decoction on treating infantile internal injury fever with Yin deficiency and internal heat was higher than that of zhibai dihuang pill.2.The decoction of artemisia annua trionychum can reduce theirritability of thirst,hand and foot irritation and secondary symptoms.3.Artemisia annua trionychia decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of infantile internal injury fever,Yin deficiency and internal heat.
