Clinical Study Of Bushen Huoxue Tiaochong Decoction In The Treatment Of Anovulatory Infertility Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression Type

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Tiaochong Decoction in the treatment of anovulatory infertility of kidney deficiency and liver depression type,and to evaluate its effectiveness,so as to provide a strong basis for the clinical application of this decoction,and at the same time to inherit and promote the experience of famous traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:42 infertile patients with ovulation disorder diagnosed as kidney deficiency and liver depression were observed.All of them were given Bushen Huoxue Tiaochong Decoction orally for 3 months as a course of treatment,taking 1-2 courses continuously.Before and after treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome score,dominant follicle size,endometrial thickness,sex hormone level were compared.To evaluate the ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and clinical effect after treatment.Results:There were 42 cases of ovulatory dysfunctional infertility with kidney deficiency and liver depression,and 2 cases fell off during the treatment.The total clinical effective rate was 85%,the ovulation rate was52.5%and the pregnancy rate was 30%.The score of TCM syndrome was13.13±6.1 in pre-treatment and 7.70±6.41 in post-therapy（P<0.01）,the effective rate was 87.5%;After treatment,the diameter of dominant follicle and the thickness of endometrium in ovulation period increased significantly（P<0.01）;In sex hormone,The level of E₂ was significantly higher and FSH and LH was lower than that before treatment（P<0.01）,the level of T and PRL was slightly lower than that before treatment,but there was no significant difference（P﹥0.05）.Conclusion:1.The clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Tiaochong Decoction on ovulatory dysfunctional infertility of kidney deficiency and liver depression type is significant.2.Bushen Huoxue Tiaochong decoction can improve the symptoms of Kidney deficiency and liver depression,increase the level of E2,decrease the level of FSH and LH,promote the growth of dominant follicles,and increase the thickness of endometrium during ovulation.3.Bushen Huoxue Tiaochong decoction is convenient and effective in the treatment of anovulatory infertility of kidney deficiency and liver depression type,which is worth popularizing.
