Treatment Of Anovulatory Infertility Of Kidney-deficiency And Blood-Stasis By Bushen Huoxue Formula Combined With Intracavitary Physiotherapy

Objective: Observing the treatment of anovulatory infertility of kidney-deficiency and blood-stasis by bushen huoxue formula combined with intracavitary physiotherapy.Objective evaluation of the research results was conducted to verify the effectiveness and clinical practicability of Chinese medicine combined with intracavitary Physiotherapy in the treatment of anovulatory infertility,and Provide more objective evidence for the treatment of anovulatory infertility by Chinese medicine.Method: Choose 60 patients who is anovulatory infertility of kidney-deficiency and blood-stasis,which met the diagnostic,inclusion and exclusion criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine in this study.Sixty patients were classified in a randomized manner into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).In the control group,letrozole was given drug intervention therapy,and in the treatment group,on the basis of letrozole drug therapy,the combination therapy of bushen huoxue formula combined with intracavitary physiotherapy was used.The ovulation rate,dominant follicle diameter,endometrial thickness,uterine hemodynamic parameters,clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate were observed in the treatment group and the control group.Result:The results of this study showed that both the treatment group and the control group had an improvement effect on TCM clinical symptom score,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.The dominant follicular diameter of the treatment group and the control group were improved after treatment,but the treatment group showed better improvement in contrast with the control group.The treatment group had superiority in improvement of endometrial receptivity over the control group.Ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group.The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Statistical significance was found in the differences hereinabove(P<0.05)Conclusion: The effect of bushen huoxue formula combined with intracavitary Physiotherapy in the treatment of anovulatory infertility of kidney-deficiency and bloodstasis is better than that of letrozole group alone.The treatment group has obvious advantages in improving endometrial receptivity,ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate,which reflects the new characteristics and new method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with external treatment.
