Clinical Study Of Bushen Huoxue Tiaochong Therapy On Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue tiaohong Decoction on premature ovarian dysfunction(POI)of kidney deficiency,blood stasis and liver depression,and to explore the efficacy and mechanism of Bushen Huoxue tiaohong Decoction in the treatment of this disease.In order to provide effective methods and strong basis for the early diagnosis and intervention of patients.Methods:42 patients with POI diagnosed as kidney deficiency,blood stasis and liver depression were selected as the study object.All cases were treated with kidney activating blood and blood regulating and regulating Decoction(Han women’s Department)for three months.The observation index was TCM syndrome The changes of the levels of follicular stimulating hormone(FSH),ESTRAGEN(E2),anti Mullerian hormone(AMH)and the number of sinus follicles were shown by ultrasound.To determine the effect of Bushen Huoxue tiaohong Decoction on POI treatment.Result:1.TCM syndrome score comparison:after treatment,the score of waist and knee is soft,irritable,dizzy and tinnitus,menstrual period and dysmenorrhea have significantly decreased.The symptoms of dry vagina,hot and hot sweat,dark meridian,hyposexual desire and fatigue were also improved significantly(P<0.05).2.the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine was 92.86%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.the serum sex hormone comparison:the FSH and E2 levels of patients were significantly improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of AMH:after treatment,the AMH value was significantly higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.the number of follicles in the sinus was significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue tiaohong decoction has a definite clinical effect on the treatment of kidney deficiency,blood stasis and liver depression type poi.It can not only improve the TCM syndrome of POI patients,but also significantly improve the FSH,E2,AMH index,and increase the number of sinus follicles.The safety is high,no obvious side effects are found,which highlights the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of POI.
