Clinical Observeation Of Bushen Tiaochong Recipe With Psychological Intervention Therapy Ovulation Obstructive Infertility (Kidney Liver Depression Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the application of traditional Chinese medicine(Bushen Tiaochong Recipe) cooperate with psychological intervention and treatment of ovulation disorder infertility(kidney liver depression syndrome) clinical curative effect. Preliminary explore the psychological state of ovulation obstructive infertility patients, to wake up the family and social and pay attention to psychological problems in patients with infertility. Doctors should pay more attention to the process of clinical treatment of modern factors in the role of sterility occurrence, development, conventional drug treatment at the same time,cooperate with the individualized psychological intervention, effectively help patients relieve the pain of body and mind.Methods:Take 72 cases of infertility patientswith ovulation obstacle and kidney liver depression syndrome from Second People’s Hospital of Henan Province infertility center and Randomization them to the treatment group and control group,The control group of 36 patients, using BSTCR treatment. Treatment group of 36 patients, with psychological intervention on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and the combination therapy. They were treated for two courses,with ultrasound monitor to 2,3,4 menstrual cycles of treatment. We use SPSS17.0 software for statistical data to assess the therapeutic effect of improving the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine, ovulation and pregnancy situations.Results: 1.Psychological questionnaire results shows that 72 patients were subjected to varying degrees of pressure from a wide range of performance for a variety of psychological problems. The main source of stress for their own reasons have 11 cases, spouses reason in 24 cases, 20 cases of elder reason, around public opinion in 9 cases, 3 cases of other reasons. Performance of urgent type 63 cases, 45 cases of type helpless, fearful 49 cases, 55 cases of type disappointed, cracked 21 cases, 24 cases of despair, ignorance 18 cases. 2.Before the treatment,the treatment group of TCM symptoms total score was 19.26±5.60 on average, a decline in psychological after combined treatment combined with Chinese traditional medicine was7.65±4.87; Control group of TCM symptoms total score was18.34±5.97 on average, the Chinese medicine treatment, reduced to 9.53±5.10,the total score of the two groups before and after the treatment showes the differences were statistically significant differences(P<0.01). Total score after treatment between group, the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05), but the total scores of the treatment group were lower than the control group.3.To improve the situation of stagnation of liver-related symptoms were compared between groups, after treatments on(1) menstrual blood clots,(3) breast swelling, breast pain,(4) chest pain, less abdominal pain, the improvement rate between the two groups showed no significant difference(P1,3,4> 0.05). After treatment on(2) depression, irritability,(5) insomnia, dreams symptom, improvement rate difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P2,5<0.05), treatment group shows more improvement than the control group.4.During the ovulation cycle monitoring, treatment group was 65.26%, and 52.17% in the control group, the difference between the two groups cycle ovulation rate was not statistically significant(P> 0.05), treatment group cycle ovulation rate is higher than the control group.5.During the test, the treatment group observed a total of 13 people pregnant, the pregnancy rate was 38.24%; the control group of nine people pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was 28.13%, the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05) between the pregnancy rate of the group, but the number of pregnancy and pregnancy rate is higher than the treatment group.6.The total effective rate of treatment group is 97.05%,control group 90.63%, two groups are effective to the treatment,the total curative effect of two groups of patients compared have no statistical significance(P> 0.05), but treatment group effectiveness is higher.Conclusions:1.BSTCR treatment of kidney and Liver Depression ovulatory disorder infertility is surely effective, can safely and effectively improve the clinical symptoms, sustainely helping ovulation and pregnancy.2. On the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment effective on, depending on the patient’s mental state to give a targeted individual psychological intervention, patient compliance is good, with highcoordination. Shows significant effect in improving symptoms of liver depression,. In pregnancy, the period of ovulation rate, total effective aspects of the treatment group were better, combination therapy has been improved ovulation and progesterone trends.3.The initial psychological survey ovulatory disorder infertility prevalence of pressure, reflecting varying degrees, all kinds of psychological abnormalities. Although not enough to analyze each source of stress and psychological abnormalities types of weights,the test may provide the basis for psychological intervention.Psychological problems and infertility relations need to be further in‐depth discussion, infertility patients’ psychological problems to be solved,psychological support combined with clinical treatment with its irreplaceable advantage becomes a trend, this topic to provide clinical thinking, can be applied after the specification.
