Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Yangxin Decoction on stable angina pectoris of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type by observing the changes of TCM syndrome integral, angina pectoris effect and nitroglycerin withdrawal rate before and after treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type. Methods: From March 2019 to December 2019,45 patients with stable angina who met the inclusion criteria and visited professor Zhou Yabin’s outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were selected for a self-controlled study before and after treatment. All the selected patients received oral Yangxin Decoction plus and minus for treatment, and the treatment cycle was 2 weeks, followed up 2 weeks after treatment. The changes of TCM syndrome score, angina pectoris effect, and nitroglycerin withdrawal rate were recorded before and 2 weeks after taking the drug,respectively.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to analyze the results and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the drug.Results:1.The TCM syndrome score of the patients after treatment was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment(P < 0.01),and the total effective rate was 90.7%.2.The curative effect of angina in patients after treatment was improved compared with that before treatment, and the total effective rate after treatment reached 86.05%.3.The cessation rate of nitroglycerin in patients after treatment was higher than that before treatment, and the total cessation rate after treatment was 88.37%.Conclusion:1.Yangxin Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and curative effect of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease caused by qideficiency and blood stasis, and reduce the TCM syndrome score.2.Yangxin Decoction can improve the reduction rate of nitroglycerin in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with deficiency of qi and blood stasis. This method is effective for this disease.
