Clinical Observation Of Antongbuxin Decoction In Treating Coronary Heart Disease With Stable Angina Pectoris(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:Professor Zhu Shizeng has rich clinical experience in the treatment of coronary heart disease,and his self-formulated prescription "Antong Bushin Decoction" has a significant effect in clinical application.In order to observe and explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Antong Bushin Decoction,relevant experimental studies have been carried out to provide reference for the treatment of coronary heart disease with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:A total of 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria and were collected in the outpatient department and medical treatment area of Jilin Overseas Chinese Hospital from October 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by means of a random number table,with 36 patients in each group.Both the experimental group and the control group received health education,lifestyle improvement education such as smoking cessation and alcohol abstinence,and conventional western medicine treatment.On the basis of the above,the experimental group was given Antong Buxin Decoction,1 dose per day,separately taken in the morning and evening.The two groups received intervention treatment for 4 weeks,and the patients’ angina pectoris efficacy(Attached Table 1),TCM syndrome score(Attached Table 2),TCM syndrome efficacy,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,electrocardiogram efficacy(Attached Table 3),routine blood,urine,feces,liver function,kidney function,coagulation function,blood lipid,etc.Statistical analysis of the data.Results:1.A total of 72 subjects were enrolled in this study,among which 2 patients voluntarily withdrew from the study due to personal reasons,and a total of 2 patients fell out,with no cases excluded or terminated.A total of 35 cases in the experimental group and the control group were completed.The general data of the patients were statistically compared before the trial,and there was no difference in the general data of the two groups(P>0.05),which could be compared.2.In terms of the curative effect of angina pectoris,the significant efficiency of the experimental group was 17.14%(6/35 cases)and the total effective rate was 80.00%(28/35 cases).In the control group,the significant efficiency was 2.86%(1/35 cases),and the total effective rate was 57.14%(20/35 cases).The therapeutic effect in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before and after the trial was conducted within the two groups.After treatment,individual scores and total syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the comparison between the two groups showed that the improvement of single syndrome scores in the two groups was similar except for chest tightness(P>0.05),and the other single syndrome scores and total TCM syndrome scores in the test group were lower than the control group,with statistical significance,P<0.05).4.The therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the significant efficiency of the experimental group was 22.86%(8/35 cases),and the total effective rate was 91.43%(32/35 cases).In the control group,the apparent efficiency was 5.71%(2/35 cases),and the total effective rate was 54.29%(19/35 cases).5.After treatment,the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of drug withdrawal in the experimental group was 20.00%(7/35 cases),and the total rate of drug withdrawal was 77.14%(27/35 cases).In the control group,the discontinuation rate was 11.43%(4/35 cases),and the total effective rate was 51.43%(18/35 cases)Conclusion:Antongbuxin Decoction can improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and angina symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin,and have no adverse reactions,with safety.
