The Clinical Observation And Mechanism Study Of Bao Yuan Yangxin Decoction In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Stable Angina(Qi And Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objectives:This study is based on the standardized treatment of coro nary heart disease with stable angina pectoris,use the Bao Yuan Yangx in Decoction to treat the stable angina pectoris of coronary heart dise ase.The cure rate,improvement rate of symptoms and biochemical ind exes of coronary heart disease were observed,to conduct a randomize d,parallel,controlled trial observation.Then use statistical method to appraise the results,dynamically observe the effectiveness of Bao Yua n Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with s table angina pectoris.Make further efforts to test and verify the clinical efficacy、safety and patient compliance of Bao Yuan Yangxin Decocti on,to explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the t reatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods:This study used a randomized,parallel and controlled researc h method,conduct in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan traditional Chinese Medicine University,since July 2015 to May 2016.According to the experimental requirements,72 cases were chosen,and divided into experimental group(36 cases)、 control group(36 cases),actu ally 68 cases were collected。The control group was treated with clini cal standard treatment,including the western medicine like beta block ers 、calcium antagonists、aspirin,etc.In the experimental group,Bao Yuan Yangxin Decoction was added on the basis of the standardized treatment of Western Medicine.The treatment period was 4 weeks。 Aft er 4 weeks,the differences between the two groups were compared,i nclouding the curative effect、improvement of TCM syndrome integral、the stopping or reducing rate of the Nitroglycerin Tablets、the variance ofC-reaction protein,etc,to evaluate the effectiveness of Bao Yuan Yan gxin Decoction.At the same time,the blood routine,urine routine,bloo d lipid,liver function、 renal function of the two groups were recorde d,to check safety.All the data were analyzed by the statistical software SPSS19.0.Through the research of related documents and medical re cords,Professor Yuan Haibo clinical lecture notes records,to investig ate the therapeutic mechanism of Bao Yuan Yangxin Decoction.Results: The programme was approved by the Ethics committee.Actual ly 68 cases were qualified,35 cases in the experimental group and 33 cases in the control group.The source、gender,allergic history,risk f actors of the experimental group were similar to the control group.The differences of the urine routine,blood routine,liver and kidney func tion、age,height,weight,duration of disease,pulse,respiration,systol ic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure between the two groups we re not statistically significant.There were no significant differences in al l the parameters measured before treatment in the two groups,in other w ords,they were comparable.After the treatment,Results showed that t he angina score、TCM symptom score、C-reactive protein、the stopping o r reducing rate of the Nitroglycerin Tablet of the two groups are statistic ally significan,proved that the curative effect in the experimental gro up was better than the control group。Safety evaluation:there was no adverse reactions occurred during the trial,the safety evaluation was Level 1.Conclusion:1.In the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable an gina(Qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis type),Bao Yuan Yangxin Decoction has a definite curative effect,And can significantly improv e the quality of life of patients.2.There was no adverse reaction duri ng the test,the Application of Bao Yuan Yangxin Decoction is safe.3.When Chinese Medicine was used on the basis of Western medicine treatment,the curative effect is exact,it is of great significance to study the treatment of diseases by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.
