Clinical Observation Of Magnolia Officinalis Ginger,Pinellia Liquorice And Ginseng Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia Caused By Spleen Deficiency And Qi Stagnation

Obective:In this study,the clinical efficacy and safety of magnolia officin alis ginger,pinellia liquorice and ginseng decoction in the treatment of elderly functional dyspepsia caused by spleen deficiency and qi stagnation were discussedMethods:All the patients in this study came from the internal medicine outpatient department of wuhan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(March 2017 to March 2018)Rome in 2006 would be in the western medicine diagnosis of FD Ⅲ criteria and 60 patients with type TCM diagnosis on the basis of pixu(spleen deficient)standard,The patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases each.The treatment group was given oral treatment of magnol ia officinalis root ginger,pinellia liquorice and ginseng decoction(Magnolia bark 20 g,pinellia ternata 15 g,ginger 15 g,codonopsis pilosula 6g,licorice 6g).One dose daily,warm in the morning and evening.The control group was treated with xiangsha liujunzi decoction(10g codonopsis pilosula,10 g tangerine peel,10 g atractylodes macrocephala,6g saren,6g cocos cocos,10 g pinellia ternata,6g processed liquorice).The usage was the same as before,and the treatment time was 4 weeks.After the treatment,the changes of the symptoms before and after the two groups were compared,as well as the clinical symptom scores,and the recurrence status after 1 month of withdrawal.SPSS software was used for statistical analysis,and the clinical efficacy of magnolia officinalis root ginger,pinellia liquorice and ginseng decoction was evaluated according to the results.Results:(1)Short-term efficacy: after the two groups of patients were treated,20 patients in the treatment group had an effective rate of 85%.Among them,7 patients were cured,5 patients showed significant effect,5 patients were effective,and 3 patients were ineffective.In the control group,20 patients had an effective rate of 75%,a mong which 5 patients were cured,6 were effective,4 were effective,and 5 were ineffective.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)Comparison of improvement of symptoms: both groups were commonly used prescriptions for spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,which could effectively improve the discomfort symptoms.The total scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,P< 0.05,indicating that the magnolia officinalis group had better effect in improving the spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type of FD,especially the situation of abdominal distension and poor appetite was significantly improved.(3)Safety: during the treatment period and follow-up for half a year after treatment,no adverse reactions were found in the two groups,and no obvious abnormalities were found in routine examinations.(4)Recurrence: 1 month after the end of treatment,follow-up was conducted among the patients who were cured,significantly effective and effective.Two patients in the treatment group relapsed,while five patients in the control group relapsed.The difference in recurrence rates between the two groups was statistically significant(P C 0.05),indicating a lower recurrence rate after the use of xiaod istention granules.5.Safety: during the treatment period and foll ow-up for half a year after treatment,no unsafe events occurred in the treatment group and the control group,and no obvious abnormalities were found in routine examinations.Conclusion:Magnolia officinalis ginger,pinellia liquorice and ginseng decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome,improved symptoms,total effective rate,recurrence rate were significantly better than the control group.The results show that this prescription has obvious curative effect,low recurrence rate,high safety and is worth using.
