Clinical Study Of Shenqi Pingchuan Formula Combined With Deep Breath Trainer In The Treatment Of Qi-Yin Deficiency In Stable Stage Of COPD

Objective:To explore the effect of Shenqi Pingchuan recipe on clinical symptoms,quality of life and pulmonary function of patients with stable qi-yin deficiency of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and to study its significance in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2020,56 patients in the Department of Lung Diseases of Taian traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into control group(treated with deep breath training device and tiotropium bromide powder inhaler)and treatment group(treated with Shenqi Pingchuan recipe combined with deep breathing training device and tiotropium bromide powder inhaler)with 28 patients in each group.Three months later,the changes of TCM symptoms,pulmonary function,CAT score,6MWT and mMRC were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.Curative effect index: The total effective rate of the control group was75%,and that of the treatment group was 85.71%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).It shows that the treatment group is more effective in the treatment of patients with both qi and yin types of C0 PD in stable stage.2.Clinical symptom score:The symptom scores of both groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.01).The results showed that both groups could improve the clinical symptoms of asthma and cough in patients with deficiency of both qi and yin in C0 PD stable stage.And the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).3.6-minute walk test:The 6MWT of the two groups increased after treatment,and there was a significant difference between the two groups.(P<0.05).6MWT in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,which was statistically significant.(P<0.05).4.mMRC Score:After treatment,the dyspnea index of the two groups was significantly improved,and there was significant difference between the two groups.(P<0.05).And the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.5.CAT score:After treatment,the CAT scores of the two groups decreased significantly,and there was a significant difference between the two groups.(P<0.001).The treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).6.Pulmonary function index:After treatment,the FEV1%pred and FEV1% of the two groups were increased,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Pingchuan Formula is a safe and effective prescription for the treatment of patients with both qi and yin types of COPD in stable stage.The application of Shenqi Pingchuan Formula combined with deep breathing training apparatus and tiotropium bromide inhaler can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,exercise endurance and quality of life of patients.
