| Objective:Observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture Sishencong combined with Baliao on urinary incontinence after stroke,and explore a more efficient and convenient treatment methodMethods:108 patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence who met the inclusion criteria were selected.Using random number table method,it is divided into control group,treatment group 1 and treatment group 2.Based on routine treatment,the control group selected Zhongji,Qihai,Shenshu,Pangguangshu and Sanyinjiao.On the basis of the treatment in the control group,the treatment of 1 group was taken from the other Sishencong,left Shencong,right Shencong connected to electro acupuncture treatment instrument,using sparse and dense waves.The selection of acupoints in the treatment of 2 groups is based on the treatment of 1 group,and another Baliao are taken.Use the cross electroacupuncture method,select the sparse wave,and leave the needle for 30 minutes.Twice daily,6 days of treatment per week for 2 weeks.After treatment,the three groups of patients were evaluated for efficacy,and the efficacy was judged by recording the urinary incontinence degree evaluation method,average urination volume,24h urination frequency,clinical symptom score and urinary incontinence efficacy evaluation standardResult:1.The analysis showed that the differences in general data,urinary incontinence score,mean urinary output and urination frequency in 24 hours and clinical symptom scores of the three groups grouped by random number table were not statistically significant(P>0.05),comparable.The results of clinical studies conducted with these three groups as samples are statistically significant.2.The score data of the degree of urinary incontinence showed that there were significant differences between the three groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the three groups had a very significant difference(P<0.01).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)3.The urination diary data showed that the three groups had very significant differences before and after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the average volume of urination and the frequency of urination at 24h showed that there was a very significant difference between the three groups(P<0.01)There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05)4.The clinical symptom score data show that the score comparison between the three groups before and after treatment has a very significant difference(P<0.01).After treatment,the three groups had a very significant difference(P<0.01).Compared between the two groups,there was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group 1(P>0.05),the control group and the treatment 2 group,the treatment 1 group and the treatment 2 group had very significant differences(P<0.01)5.The clinical efficacy data showed that the effective rate of treatment 2 group was 94.44%,the effective rate of treatment 1 group was 77.78%,and the effective rate of control group was 66.67%.There is a very significant difference between the three groups(P<0.01).Compared between the two groups,there was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment 1 group(P>0.05),the control group and the treatment 2 group had a very significant difference(P<0.01),and the treatment 1 group and the treatment 2 group had a significant difference(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.The three groups of treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with urinary incontinence after stroke to varying degrees2.The clinical effect of electroacupuncture Sishencong combined with Baliao is better than that of ordinary acupuncture group and Sishencong group.3.Electro acupuncture Sishencong combined with Baliao points can improve the grading of urinary incontinence,reduce the clinical symptom score,reduce the number of 24h urination,increase the average urination volume,and have a significant effect on the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke. |
