Objective: To observe the clinical effect of electric warming acupoint baliliao on urinary incontinence after kidney-yang insufficiency stroke,to clarify the effectiveness of electric warming acupoint Ba liao point in the treatment of this disease, and provide a new treatment plan for clinical application. Methods: In this study,60 patients with urinary incontinence after kidney-yang insufficiency stroke were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group(electrothermic acupuncture group)and the control group(electroacupuncture group alone)by using the random number table method.Patients in both groups received basic and routine acupuncture treatment for stroke. The treatment group was treated with electric temperature injection Ba liao point therapy, while the control group was treated with the same treatment group in terms of point selection, treatment course and operation, but not moxibustion treatment. Both were treated for 30 minutes,6 days a week,1 day of rest,1 week of a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment, after the end of the course of treatment statistical efficacy. Before treatment,2 courses of treatment and 4 courses of treatment were compared between groups and between groups before and after treatment to investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of electric temperature acupoint baliao on urinary incontinence after stroke. Results: 1.Urination diary :(1)there was no statistically significant difference in average urination times, average urinary incontinence times and average daily urination volume between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable. After 2 courses of treatment, the average number of daily urination decreased(P<0.05),the average number of daily urination incontinence and the average number of daily urination incontinence between the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).After 4 courses of treatment, the average daily urination and average daily urinary incontinence significantly decreased between the twogroups, while the average daily single urination significantly increased, showing a significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.01).(2)The average daily urination and daily urinary incontinence in the treatment group before treatment and in the treatment group after 2 courses of treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the average daily urination per day was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.01).The average daily number of urination and daily number of urinary incontinence in the control group before treatment and in the group with 2 courses of treatment were both lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the average daily single urination was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.01).In the treatment group,P=0.000 was found in 2 courses of treatment and 4 courses of treatment, showing a significant difference.Compared with the group with4 courses of treatment, the improvement was not all the same in the control group(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups at three time points showed P=0.000,with significant difference.2.Clinical symptom score: the score difference between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable. After treatment, the scores of both the treatment group and the control group were decreased, which was significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group, the scores of the treatment group(4.8 ± 0.83)and the control group(4.4 ± 1.17)showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).After 4 courses of treatment, the score of the treatment group(2.63 ± 1.4)was significantly different from that of the control group(4.1± 1.3)(P<0.01).3.I-QOL score: the score difference between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable. After treatment, the scores of both the treatment group and the control group increased, and the difference was significant compared with that before treatment(P=0.0000).Compared with the control group, the scoreof the treatment group(68.53 ± 11.23)and the control group(62.7 ±13.52)showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).After 4 courses of treatment, the score of the treatment group(86.83 ± 10.71)was significantly different from that of the control group(74.07± 8.19)(P=0.0000).4.MBI score: there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable. After treatment, the scores of both the treatment group and the control group increased, which was significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group, the score of the treatment group was(43.4± 12.16)and that of the control group(37.53± 9.59)(P<0.05).After 4courses of treatment, the score of the treatment group(53.13 ± 11.17)was significantly different from that of the control group(44.37± 13.51)(P<0.01).Conclusion: 1.Both of the two treatment methods can effectively improve the urinary incontinence of patients with kidney-yang insufficiency stroke after the urinary diary, clinical symptoms score,I-QOL score and MBI score;2.In the two treatment after two courses of treatment to the average daily number of urinary incontinence, average daily urine output,a single clinical symptom scores,I-QOL score similar, after four courses of treatment in improving the average daily temperature electric needle Ba liao point therapy micturition frequency, average daily number of urinary incontinence, average daily urine output,a single clinical symptom scores,I-QOL scores,MBI scores are superior to pure electric acupuncture therapy;3.The clinical efficacy of electric warming acupuncture Baliao point on urinary incontinence after kidney-yang insufficiency stroke is superior to that of electroacupuncture alone.
