The spatial-temporal pattern of medical and health resources and the efficiency of health production have become the focus of many disciplines.Based on the detailed analysis of the spatial pattern and evolution of medical and health resources and population health level in China,this paper further studies the spatial-temporal pattern and influencing factors of health production efficiency of medical and health resources in China,so as to achieve the analysis and research on the rational allocation of regional medical and health resources.The results show that:Regional health resources index in China is growing,the overall gap is narrowing,and the differences between regions are expanding rapidly during the year.The provincial-level spatial differences of health resources in China generally show a trend of gradual reduction;the regional health resources at the prefectural level of China are bounded by "Hu-Line",showing more obvious differences between the southeast and the northwest,and the spatial differences are gradually narrowing.Meanwhile,the provincial-level changing trend of hot-spots area of health resources in China coincides with the development process and present situation of society and economy.Local autocorrelation analysis of prefecture-level health resources in China shows that the changes between the two years are obvious;the hot-spots analysis shows that the hot spot area is mainly distributed in the southeast half of China,and the cold spot area is mainly distributed in the northwest.Regional population health index in China continues to grow,the overall gap is narrowing,and the differences between regions continue to narrow during the year.The provincial-level spatial differences of population health level in China have gradually narrowed after expansion,while the prefecture-level spatial differences in population health level in China are gradually expanding,showing a significant southeast-northwest differentiation.At the same time,the hot-spots and changing of population health level in China generally show east-west differentiation,and have a certain degree of spatial matching with the hot-spots and changing of health resources.The average value of comprehensive efficiency of health resources at provincial-level in China shows a fluctuating upward trend,while the Malmquist productivity change index at provincial-level shows a downward trend.The average value of comprehensive efficiency and the productivity change index of health resources at the prefectural level in China all show a downward trend.The spatial differences of comprehensive efficiency of health resources at provincial-level in China have narrowed after gradually expanding;the comprehensive efficiency of health resources in the prefecture-level of China is roughly bounded by the "Baoteng Line" to show a more obvious southeast-northwest differentiation,and the Malmquist productivity change index of most prefecture-level regions in China shows a trend of rapid decline.The hot-spots and changing of comprehensive efficiency of health resources in China gradually show significant differences between the north and the south.The hot-spots agglomeration area of health resources comprehensive efficiency at prefecture-level in China located in the west of "Baoteng line" and expanded greatly.The influence of natural environment factors on comprehensive efficiency of health resources at prefecture-level in China is great,and the urban green coverage makes an important contribution;economic environment factors have a great influence on total factor productivity of health resources at prefecture-level in China,especially the urbanization level and per-capita income level.The terrain index contributed the most to the analysis of comprehensive efficiency interactive detection,with the smallest contribution to the number of buses per 10 000 people,the largest contribution is damp-heat index and the smallest contribution is urban green coverage when analyses total factor productivity.The spatial-temporal distribution pattern of comprehensive efficiency and total factor productivity of health resources at prefecture-level in China is the result of the combined action of economic environment factors,social environment factors and natural environment factors.
