| Medical and health services are related to the health of hundreds of millions of people and the well-being of thousands of households, and are a major livelihood issue.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, especially since the reform and opening-up,the state has attached great importance to the development of medical and health services and placed people’s health in a strategic position of priority development.Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan region, located in the southwest of China,is an important bridge between China and South Asia and Southeast Asia, and is also the region with the richest ethnic minorities in China. However, the complex topography and geomorphology make the total amount of medical and health resources in Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan regions poor, and the allocation of resources among regions is unbalanced. It is of great significance to the national unity, economic development and the promotion of Medical and health service in Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan.Based on a review of relevant domestic and foreign literature, this study takes a geographical spatiotemporal perspective and comprehensively uses qualitative and quantitative analysis to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution pattern of the overall and per capita allocation of medical and health resources in the Yunnan-Guizhou-Sichuan region at the provincial and prefecture levels.Firstly, statistical descriptive analysis and TOPSIS evaluation were used to analyze the temporal variation characteristics of the allocation level of medical and health resources in Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan, and then trend surface analysis and spatial autocorrelation were used to explore the spatial variation characteristics of the allocation level of medical and health resources in Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan; Finally, the geographic detector is used to analyze the influencing factors of the allocation level of medical and health resources in Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan. In summarizing the time series evolution characteristics and spatial pattern evolution characteristics, find out the main problems in the development of medical and health resources in Yunnan-Guizhou-Sichuan region, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the allocation level of medical and health resources,in order to promote the rational development of medical and health resources in Yunnan-Guizhou-Sichuan region.,balanced development provides reference and certain theoretical support. The main research results are as follows:(1)From the perspective of time, the overall and per capita number of medical and health resources in Yunnan-Guizhou-Sichuan region showed an upward trend from2005 to 2020,and the overall growth rate fluctuated greatly. The number of medical and health resources in Sichuan Province was generally higher than that in Yunnan Province and Guizhou Province;According to the analysis of TOPSIS index ranking, the overall and per capita medical and health resource allocation level at provincial level in Yunnan-Guizhou-Sichuan from 2005 to 2020 are relatively stable, with Sichuan ranking first,Guizhou ranking second and Yunnan ranking third. The TOPSIS ranking of the overall medical and health resource allocation level at prefecture-level city shows the characteristics of high provincial capital cities and low border cities, high eastern regions and low western regions, while the TOPSIS ranking of the per capita medical and health resource allocation level at prefecture-level city level is high in western regions.(2)From a spatial perspective,in terms of the overall allocation level of medical and health resources:(1)Most of the medical and health resource allocation levels in the Yunnan-Guizhou-Sichuan region are in low-level areas, and high-value areas mainly appear in provincial capital cities and their surrounding cities;(2)The overall allocation level of medical and health resources has relatively stable changes in the north-south and east-west directions, and there is no significant clustering phenomenon in space. In terms of the allocation level of per capita medical and health resources:(1)The spatial distribution pattern of Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan area changes rapidly, most of them are in low-level and medium-level areas, and high-value areas mainly appear in western cities and provincial capitals;(2)The allocation level of per capita medical and health resources in Yunnan-Guizhou-Sichuan region changes relatively smoothly in the north-south direction, fluctuates in the east-west direction, and gradually evolves from high in the west and low in the east to high in the middle and low in the middle;(3)The allocation level of per capita medical and health resources in Yunnan-Guizhou-Sichuan region has obvious agglomeration characteristics in space, but with the development of time, the spatial agglomeration has gradually weakened, and the high-value agglomeration area It mainly appears in the western and northwestern parts of Sichuan Province and around Chengdu City. The low-level areas are mainly concentrated in the western part of Yunnan Province and the central part of Guizhou Province. The high and low-level areas mainly appear in the provincial capital cities, and the degree of spatial difference is relatively obvious.(3)From the selected influencing factors, the general public budget expenditure announcements,year-end savings balance for urban and rural residents, the number of basic medical insurance participants and the number of permanent residents at the end of the year have a greater impact on the allocation of medical and health resources;Through interaction detection,it is found that the interaction between these factors is stronger, which shows that the spatial and temporal pattern of the allocation level of medical and health resources in Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan is actually the result of the joint influence of many factors. |
