Research On The Integration Of Basic Medical Insurance For Urban And Rural Residents In Xiangyin County

With the development of our country’s economy,the pace of the urbanization process of our country is increasing,the problem of the traditional urban and rural dualization medical security system is more and more,and the actual demand of the urban and rural integration is no longer satisfied,and to this end,the relevant departments of our country,according to the social situation of our country,The original medical security system is optimized and integrated,and a new basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents is implemented.As one of the most important components in the social security system,the system is of great significance to solve the actual medical problems of the rural residents and to improve the livelihood project of our country.Therefore,this paper takes Xiangyin county as an example,and in the search of a large number of countries.On the basis of internal and external research data,combined with the present situation of basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents in Xiangyin County,this paper analyzes the actual situation of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Xiangyin County by using the method of literature review and questionnaire survey,and on the basis of fully drawing lessons from the relevant successful experience at home and abroad,puts forward some relevant suggestions for the overall improvement of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents.Through the analysis of the present situation of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Xiangyin County,it is found that there are problems in the system design in the process of overall planning of basic medical insurance for urban and rural medical residents,the reform of medical system is not thorough,and there is a lack of publicity and medical clothing for basic medical insurance in urban and rural areas.The service system is not perfect and so on.In this regard,combined with individual studies,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the implementation of residential medical insurance in Xiangyin County,including perfecting the compensation mechanism,establishing a reasonable financing model,improving the propaganda degree of basic medical insurance in urban and rural areas,and establishing a scientific and effective modern hospital management system.It is hoped that the research in this paper can play a positive role in solving the problem of the implementation of residential medical insurance in Xiangyin County,and provide reference data and experience for the improvement of the basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents in other areas of our country,and provide information for promoting the basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents in China.
