Research On The Implementation Of Basic Medical Insurance Policy For Urban And Rural Residents In S Town Of L County

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has gradually built the world’s largest basic medical security system.As an important part of it,basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents is an important means to meet the medical service needs of the grassroots people and allow the people to enjoy more high-quality and low-cost medical services.The implementation of the basic medical insurance policy for urban and rural residents is an important basis for judging whether the last mile of the public service policy is open,whether the grassroots people’s life-saving money and life-saving money are well kept,and it is of great significance to further break the imbalance in the development of medical insurance and promote the joint construction and sharing of the masses.This paper mainly adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,using literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method to study the implementation of basic medical insurance policy for urban and rural residents in S town of L county,further clarify the responsibilities and obligations of the government,medical institutions and insured people in the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents,and help to promote the research progress of improving the implementation of basic medical insurance policy for urban and rural residents and the research field of basic medical insurance policy for urban and rural residents at the township level.It will pave the way for the subsequent research on the sustainable development of basic medical insurance policies for townships and urban residents.Firstly,through systematic combing of relevant literature,the relevant concepts of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents are defined,and its theoretical basis is introduced.Secondly,based on the implementation status of the basic medical insurance policy for urban and rural residents in S town of L county in Hebei Province,a questionnaire survey was designed for the grassroots people,and the relevant data of the sample were analyzed,so as to have a deeper understanding of the problems and reasons in the implementation of the basic medical insurance policy for urban and rural residents in S town of L county.Finally,based on the above research results,specific suggestions are put forward to solve the implementation of the basic medical insurance policy for urban and rural residents in S town of L county,from four aspects: helping the public to obtain medical insurance information in various aspects,improving the service level of government medical insurance personnel,taking multiple measures to improve the promotion mechanism of basic medical insurance policy for urban and rural residents,and increasing the guarantee of basic medical insurance policy for urban and rural residents.
