ObjectivesBased on the effect of the research of the training and found many problems of standardized training of resident doctors. And put forward feasible Suggestions aiming at the problems, and provide beneficial discussion to improve the effect of resident standardization and provide reference for hospital management decisions.MethodsBy introducing the four layer of Kirkpatrick evaluation Model, reaction layer, learning layer, behavior layer, results layer to evaluate the effect. Questionnaire designed by means of literature method and expert interview method, the main analysis of satisfaction; By collecting the training examin achievement and the sense of belonging to analysis the effect and using T test; Using evaluation method which including self-evaluation of resident, department director and the head nurse to assess whether changes and the analysis use matching t test; Results layer find information through the data access. ResultsThe reaction layer:the overall satisfaction is4.05, resident for training in the training of teachers, evaluation and compensation satisfaction is low, and Dr Compared with a master’s degree of satisfaction is low, fine and there was no statistically significant difference resident satisfaction clinical type. Learning layer:to compare the training test scores before and after the difference was statistically significant. Behavior layer:the ability quality before and after training to compare P values are less than0.01difference was statistically significant. Results layer:the training of89patients with resident measured is0, accident rate is O,practitioners examination pass rate was100%, the cultivation of social resident, a total of three people, the employment rate of100%. Conclusion Before and after the resident training, the satisfaction, the achievements, the quality of ability of residents were increased, and the residents has great contribution to the organization. At the same time, the data show that there is lack of feedback in the assessment results standardized residents training, teachers’ enthusiasm is not high, low salaries, lack of competition mechanism and the lack of health laws and regulations knowledge training,etc.
